Welcome to first class luxury at Comstock Lodge. We offer our guests a cozy fireplace and a hot tub on the balcony, with mountain views. You are only a 200 yard walk (or free parking lot shuttle at your front door) to Ski Magazine's choice for the #1 Ski Resort in North America.

With its easy access to Main Street, Park City, (home of the Sundance Film Festival) you will enjoy nightlife and world class dining. A free bus service picks up guests at the front door and taxi service (5 minutes to town) is readily available so there is no need for a car. Guests can also walk to the St. Regis Funicular for excellent cuisine created by world renowned chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten.

Amenities include: Large cozy fireplace with overstuffed leather couches and cable TV in living room. King Size beds (& TV) in master suite and 2nd bedroom with additional pull out Queen Sofa bed in Living Room. Fresh linens and towels are provided along with wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access.

fantastic vacation

Fantastic stay everything we needed in a great place at Deer Valley. Host was very easy to work with and very nice hot tub with all the great jets that you want after a full day of skiing.

Excellent place!

The apartment felt extremely cozy, and it had everything anyone could possibly need to have a spectacular experience at Deer Valley. Communication with Jeanne, cleanliness, and location was 10/10.

Great location, walk to ski school

Overall great condo. Exactly as pictured. Location is hard to beat, walkable to ski school. Hot tub on the deck is also hard to beat. Washer and dryer, well stocked kitchen … great stay.

Great Location

We enjoyed almost everything with the property. The highlights were the location and hot tub. Unfortunately we did have a couple of suggestions keeping us from giving it five stars. The quality of the beds (especially the bedding) was not ideal. The sheets are extremely worn and pilling. Also the pullout bed had clearly not been cleaned since the last guest since it had old socks and popcorn in it. These items could be easily remedied with a modest investment in new sheets, pillows, comforters. With these minor updates we would highly recommend it.

Clean,well supplied condo with easy access to Snow Peak Lodge. Beds are comfy and the hot tub is great after a day on the slopes! Would highly recommend —- (easy access to shuttle routes, too)

Location, location, location

This location simply cannot be beat. Such a short walk to ski school, Snow Park Lodge, Brass Tag restaurant, etc. We’ve stayed in 3 units in this building and all are in a different state of updating/refreshing. Images in the listing are accurate!

Fantastic Trip

Such a fantastic time. The property was great. The location was amazing with walking distance to Deer valley. We used the fireplace and hot tub each day after the slopes. Beds were comfortable. Would love to book again.

Great location

Beautiful cozy condo walking distance from ski school and Silver Lake chairlift. Clean and well equipped. Hot tub on private balcony was a huge bonus!

Perfect Ski Getaway!

Close to Snow Park Lodge (walking distance). Condo was perfect for me and my daughter. Could have accommodated 2 more comfortably. Having the hot tub was a fun perk. Owner was quick to respond and worked with me on dates after changes to my schedule and flight cancellation. Spent a 1/2 date in Park City (used free shuttle buses), which is a neat and walkable town. Loved how Deer Valley offers overnight lockers and ski storage so we didn't have to carry gear back/forth from condo. Would definitely like to come back and use this condo again!

Great Stay!

Great place to stay when skiing Deer Valley! Five minute walk from Snow Park Lodge which is perfect if you have children (or adults) in ski school. The condo is nicely furnished and has all the essentials. Owner is responsive but not intrusive. Highly recommended!

Great location!

The underground parking was nice and the quick walk up the sidewalk to Snowpark Lodge makes it a great location. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc for meal prep.

Perfect Condo

The condo was just what our family hoped and just as described. The property was very clean and perfectly situated for our long ski weekend. The ski area and ski school were a short walk from the condo, and it's a quick drive to Park City's Main St. We look forward to staying at this property again.

Cozy property

Cozy property, was clean and we had great communication with the property host. Teenagers loved the hot tub after a long day of skiing.

Great complex, this particular unit just needs to be refreshed.

We absolutely love Deer Valley and this condo location can’t be beat. Walking distance to the lifts. We will definitely stay again just not in this particular until some minor changes are made. It could really benefit from new bed linens, pillows and shams in the bedrooms and new blankets and pillows in the living room. Don’t forget to leave laundry detergent and trash bags for guests. We had a nice stay and the unit was very roomy and has a large balcony.

Great place to stay at Deer Valley

Lovely, clean and great location! Two bedrooms with 2 kings and two baths. Everything you need really - walk across the street and grab the shuttle to the lifts. There is a nice restaurant within walking distance and Park City is a short drive. Jeanne was very helpful and easy to work with. Looking forward to staying here again.

Great condo for our Ski trip!

Had a wonderful time on our ski trip and enjoyed this condo immensely! Most comfortable beds ever! Hot tub was nice to relax in after a day on the slopes. Enjoyed watching movies in the living room too. Great place to stay and walk to the ski lift was easy, even with kids. Will stay here again in the future for sure!

Wonderful place to stay

home was as advertised. easy access to Deer Valley Resort, next to the bus stop, unit had all the amenities needed for a great stay, hot tub was a blessing, owner was responsive, overall a wonderful place to stay! Will definitely come back!

Location! Because our time in Utah is limited, we really wanted close access to Deer Valley. We leave our skis at the hill every night and can be in the hot tub to rest those weary muscles in 10 minutes! We also enjoy walking to town (a mile) for dinner.
