Just a short walk to the beautiful Rainbow River, includes FREE KP Hole deeded access to the boat ramp where you can launch your paddle vessels. Fully furnished 2bd, 2ba private home. Featuring king in master, queen in guest and queen sofa sleeper in living room, Comfortably sleeps 6. Bed linens and towels furnished. Fully stocked kitchen includes all of the conveniences of home, Home also contains private washer and dryer. Common areas include charcoal grills, large life size chess game, hammocks and more. Paddle vessels available for rent, located just behind home. Juliet Falls Golf Course is 10 mins away. Rainbow Springs State Park is 5 minutes away. Cheers at Rainbow Springs offers live music on the weekends and is located just 3 minutes down the road. Dunnellon also has Walmart, Aldi, Winn Dixie and Publix, all located withing 5 minutes of the home.
** KP Hole does not allow personal floats. If you would like to tube down the Rainbow River, you may rent from the KP Hole directly. ** However, there are no tube rentals available at KP Hole from Oct - March. **

I am a beach girly, it just never gets old. However, the springs are the next best thing! I spend my spare time with my family exploring all that Florida has to offer. Originally from Tennessee (home sweet home), Florida was always the end goal as my family and I, are not cold weather people. I do love going back to visit family and friends and experience the beauty that Tennessee is but I am so happy here in the Sunshine State!
