House was great very clean easy to get into host was available any time we had a question beds very comfortable did not use the hot tub plenty of hot water definitely recommend

Great experience

Check in was easy owner/manager was great to deal with. House was very clean. Location was great for what we came to Florida for. Made the family want to move to Florida great experience highly recommend.

The house had everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. Chris was an accommodating and gracious host who answered all inquiries quickly and completely. The home was gorgeous and spacious. Could not have asked for anything better.

Weekie Wachie Rental

Thanks to the owner Chris for allowing us to stay at this wonderful home for 3 weeks. the place was clean and had all of the necessities one needs. It was too cold for the pool, but it was nice to sit in the lanai and enjoy. Chris was helpful the couple of times we asked him questions and the stay was pleasant. Nic to have a rental that actually live up to expectations.

The house was beautiful, the area was quiet, and there was a lot of space for the kids to move around! Chris was also very empathetic during our stay! If I could do 4.5 stars I’d do more! Only downfall was the cleanliness upon arrival. Chris was very understanding to this and apologetic. But also, Florida is known for some creepy crawlers and Chris routinely has the home treated.

Welcoming

Comfortable, water in pool was just right water in pool and home held no hint of Chlorine jacuzzi was fantastic in master bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped in 90 plus degree weather home stayed cool but not glacier . We loved every minute. Host stayed in contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Wi-Fi was easy to hook into and we had no problems at all with it.

Bettie and her Sister were great guests communication was easy .. they left the house in such good shape my cleaning crew almost had nothing to do. I would love to have them back.

This place is even nicer in person than in the photos, and the host is an excellent communicator who thinks of everything. Excellent value. House is in a really nice, peaceful area, where there's no noise. So peaceful and safe. Clean, well-maintained pool and BBQ. Super comfy beds and linens. The master bathroom was such a pleasant surprise since my sister and I both have spinal issues and the shower is accessible and roomy. My 3 yr old niece loved this place. Great for couples or families. Will definitely book again, and reccomend to friends traveling to Florida. Exceeded all expectations.
