This was one of our favorite properties to date out of all the Vrbo's we have stayed at. The location was beautiful and there were lots of outdoor activities in the area. It was plenty close to several small cities for shopping and food. We stayed in the fall, so the colors were brilliant! The kids were able to go apple picking nearby as well! The house itself was well stocked with necessities, lots of room, so much outdoor decking/porches, and very well kept. We never felt uncomfortable and hated to leave when the week was over. There was so much more to do.

Great location on Lake Contoocook. Nice swimming and kayaking area. The house is really excellent with lots of space to do everything you can imagine. It is a steep climb up and down to the lake but almost worth it for an 80 year old who has mobility issues because of the fantastic view. Another very good vacation.

What a beautiful location! We had a wonderful time. Everything worked as it should. I would highly recommend this location for a get away stay, or a base camp for many activities.

We had a lovely time - comfortable beds, new bathrooms, well-stocked kitchen, multiple seating areas with plenty of chairs/sofas/tables, and a nice deck area. Also enjoyed the paddle boards, kayaks and grill.

Heavenly is the best word to describe this lovely home on the lake. Beautiful inside and out. Plenty of space and sleeping areas for all of us. I thought I was sleeping on a cloud was how comfortable the beds were. Everything we needed was at our fingertips, and the children loved the water on the sandbar, the fishing, water boarding and the kayaks. So much fun! Best vacation we’ve had in a long time. Can’t wait to go back and create more wonderful family memories. Thank you for having us and sharing your home. A very special place indeed.

Breezy Point reminded me and my family of what we like best about lakeside vacations: beautiful sunrise over a peaceful misty water, playing with kids in the shallow water, kayaking along the shores, conversations among family on the porch with peaceful views. The house worked really well for both adults and young kids. There was plenty of space for family members to be alone if the wished. There were hikes and quaint towns within short drives. The kitchen was well equipped.

Enjoyed another year on the lake with my family. We totally enjoyed being on the lake and using the kayaks, paddle boards and fishing on the dock. At night we enjoyed sitting at the fire. On our rainy day, there were plenty of puzzles in the house to do and shopping in Keene and Peterborough. We road our bikes on the rail trail and did the look around the lake and back to the house a couple of times during the week. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home for our vacation week. We love it.

Breezy Point was wonderful! It had all the amenities needed for a perfect getaway to celebrate my son's Graduation from nearby Franklin Pierce University. We had plenty of space for the family who joined us to celebrate. The kitchen is well-equipped and even has some pantry items, which is great! The view was incredible, and we enjoyed some time on the kayaks. The hosts were terrific, very accommodating, and a pleasure to communicate with. Would loved to stay again in the future!

My family and I had a wonderful week at Breezy Point lake house.From the minute you step in the house you feel welcome and at ease. The owners have thought of everything and you truly do not need to overpack!!It is very spacious and gave us all room we needed to spread out when needed (2 small toddlers) but gather together for lake time and mealtimes everyday.The kitchen is well stocked including toddler utensils and just about every gadget you could possibly need. The lake is clean and very shallow along the shore making our lake time perfect for everybody. From the minute you step in the house you feel welcome and at ease. The owners have thought of everything and you truly do not need to overpack!!The Hosts were so responsive prior to and during our stay and were there anytime you had questions or needed assistance.We absolutely plan to be back next year and do it all over again.Thank you so much!

Breezy point was wonderful. It had all the amenities needed for a perfect weekend away from watching the leaves change to just looking at the beautiful crystal lake. Nice place to stay with family. Hiking was nearby as well as stores if there’s anything that you need it Perfect getaway.

We had a great stay. We organized an ice fishing getaway for my family and my brother in law’s family. The home fit all 9 of us comfortably. We did well fishing…56 fish (5 different species) in all over the weekend. We enjoyed playing cribbage and warming up by the fire in the evening. Steve was very responsive to all of my questions. We would definitely stay again.
Our biggest fish of the day…4.2 lb bass.

We loved our stay! We are 2 families of 4 and there is plenty of room. The views are incredible and the hosts were great to deal with. Highly recommend!! The house is well equipped for all of your needs. Loved the indoor fireplace! Would definitely stay again!!

This place is awesome, very quiet secluded. The waterfront, it's crystal clear water, it just a wonderful time. We had there at night. You have the fire pit. It's just yeah, quiet relaxing tons of fun.

Great Time!

We really enjoyed our second year staying at Breezy Point. The house is really beautiful and the property and view are outstanding. I can't wait to return again next year!

Beautiful home with stunning lake views from just about every where in the house. Peaceful, clean and spacious. Five of us stayed here and we could have fit more easily. Set up of rooms is great for a family vacation. We did not want for anything. Very nice and clean water front. Would stay here again.

Perfect vacation!!

As first-time guests, we didn’t know what to expect, but the pictures and description didn’t do it justice. It was the perfect getaway, close enough for local family that there was no travel hassle and no coordination headaches, yet peaceful enough to feel like a true vacation. The hosts were incredibly responsive, always available to answer any questions. A truly relaxing, effortless, and memorable experience.

Beautiful Lake Contoocook

We had a wonderful week on the lake. Kayaking, tubing, firepits, corn hole, and more. Grown ups and kids alike had a blast!!!
