We had a wonderful stay! The host was excellent to work with. Communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful from booking through checkout.The home was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was excellent. It is just a short drive from several beautiful beaches, a water park, kayaking, a state park, a botanical garden, great shopping, restaurants, and plenty of other local attractions. It was the perfect home base for exploring the area while still having a comfortable place to come back to each day.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place in a convenient location.

Place is very nice and great location. Big kitchen and decent bathrooms. Only frustration was the fact that the pool and pool restaurant were both under construction and we couldn’t use them. I wish that the plantation had a connection with another nearby pool to use since the ocean wasn’t always an option. Wish too that there were more amenities on site like a gas grill or outside table/chairs.

Fabulous Cottage

We had a great stay with our kids. This property is newly updated and immaculate. It is one of the best rentals we have had. The neighborhood is gorgeous and is a short drive to the beach or the Marsh Walk.

This is great location! Little to me traffic great restaurants,beaches and Brookwood gardens all under 10 min away! Very clean and new feeling in a beautiful old oak /Spanish moss neighborhood

Extremely clean and comfortable! We enjoyed playing the golf course, especially number seventeen! Walking and sitting near river favorite pastime. Brookgreen Gardens is a visual delight. Stayed in same cottage in May. Plan to come back!

We had a short stay of 4 nights. Arrived later in evening from airport to find a couple of lights on inside, and it was well lit outside as well. Very clean inside, comfortable furniture, both bathrooms very clean, well stocked. Kitchen was modern, nice appliances. Then one bed we used, master bedroom, was very comfortable. The home is in a gated community, huge oaks with Spanish moss on them line street. Very quiet area, away from Rt. 17 Great area to walk in. Very close to supermarket, and plenty of restaurants and shopping (if you need to). Guards at the gates are super friendly, really nice welcome smile each time you go by. When we go back, hoping days I want are available.

Location was excellentlove walking underneath majestic oak trees draped in moss. Meticulously clean interior. Kitchen well stocked with new cookware and utensils. Beds comfortable. Shower exceptional.Host prompt and available. Look forward to next trip there!

Beautiful Coastal Cottage

This cottage exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a charming, well-maintained property, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked. The location was perfect. No more than ten minute drive to beach. The kitchen was fully equipped. The outdoor space was a real highlight, providing plenty of room for relaxation and enjoyment. The communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing South Carolina vacation!"

Rated pool a three because we never used it but couldn’t proceed with review without a rating. Very clean, kitchen well stocked but only had a pod coffee maker which I don’t care for. Need better instructions on the use of the tv. Also, the sidewalk was a bit dangerous at night as it’s lit with solar lights amongst large tree canopy. It was a very nice facility and plan to use again.
