Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the wonderful location and great views, but we’re sorry the cleanliness and comfort of the unit did not meet expectations. We take your comments regarding the dead bugs, rusted toilet holder, and mattress topper seriously and will share them with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for attention. It is considered "Premier" with "wood" laminate flooring through out and kitchen has been redone along with bathrooms completely updated. This unit is a large south corner unit with amazing beautiful views of the beach and ocean. We will notify the owner concerning the balcony furniture.
