Great plant

The condo was great. Wish there was an easier way to check in and out and elevator key thing very annoying but condo itself was very nice and no complaints there.

Vacation

Property location is excellent. Convenient to restaurants, stores an John's pass. Condo itself could use a little TLC. A few minor plumbing an electrical issues Well equipped kitchen. Master bed very comfortable other rooms could use mattress upgrades.

Fantastic beach condo!

The condo was great for two families of three. Very clean inside with all the essentials. Balcony view was amazing to watch for dolphins in the morning and the sunset in the evening. Great location to shopping and dining. Only thing’s missing were ceiling fans in all bedrooms and tv. Would recommend and looking forward to future visits.

Relaxing vacation

Condo was very clean. Updates were made since our last stay last year which are very nice. Beautiful weather and saw dolphins every day. Love the location walking distance to John’s pass and some restaurants. Candy kitchen across the street. Definitely coming back next year.

Home owner association President Ruined trip

The property was nice with a few exceptions The den and the spare bedroom had NO televisions in them and the beds themselves were awful, mattress and a piece of plywood does not a comfy vacation bed make The agent at Resort Rentals gave us incorrect information regarding the working of the televisions and the internet The president of the homeowners association harassed us the entire trip for everything we did from putting out beach towels on a chair and then walking g to the beach to having groceries delivered The elevator did. It work properly It was a nice condo and we had a nice vacation but have stayed in better places

Beautiful beach & great location.

Nice three bedroom condo. It had a big new kitchen that was well stocked. The ice maker was broken & that was a real inconvenience. Beautiful beach & pool - great place for a family vacation.

Great Getaway

Condo was very clean, beautiful view from your private patio. Felt very safe in this property. If you want to get away from your busy life, this property is perfect… walking distance to the Pier which has many restaurants snd shopping stores…

Jan 2022 refresher

Great property was very clean. Just like the pictures and awesome view of the beach and ocean. You have a front row seat for sunset from the screened balcony. The house is on a great location close to Johns pass restaurants and shops. We will be back again next year for sure.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location! Location! Location! We had a great stay. Our condo was perfectly located on the ocean with beautiful views. The condo was clean and spacious. I did not appreciate the lack of simple amnesties such as coffee filters for the coffee pot, extra garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels. Also, the off site key pickup and drop off is a hardship for travelers coming from out of state without a car.

Wonderful view and weather

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view saw dolphins most days and multiple times per day. Loved Candy Kitchen across the street and Caddy’s is just 5 buildings away. Weather was hot. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathrooms could use some updates but overall I loved the condo and am coming back next year.

This unit had easy access with keyless entry, had shades instead of blinds which made it easy to enter unit and close in evening with shades. Furniture was comfy and walk I. Shower was great. Updated kitchen that had everything we needed.

The rental unit was in great condition, clean and the view of the beach was perfect. Definitely a place to go for a vacation. The property management did a great job during check-in. The property was very easy to find and few step away from the beach. Parking was excellent. Lots of places to eat nearby and lots of groceries store if you want to stay in.We had a great time and really enjoy the week.

Family Beach Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was pretty much as it is on web sight. Kitchen was well equipped. Beautiful view and beach. Nice to have a beach bar three doors down. The third bedroom was very small but we knew this. Only wish it had a luggage stand or somewhere to put our clothes. Also the keyless entry into the condo was great but with 6 people hard to keep track of the beach/pool/ elevator key. I understand the safety issue but every time you wanted to get to the beach or pool or out of the pool/ beach you needed your key. Other then that the location was perfect, close to JohnsPass and grocery store.

VM505 beautiful beach view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental experience was marvelous! One bed was too firm, but I called the rental agency and they were able to provide a mattress topper that solved the problem. Check in and check out was a breeze. A few spare pillow cases would have been nice for the spare pillows. The updates in the condo were very nice. The water pressure was amazing! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves. A few more beach chairs would have been nice too, but there were umbrellas and some beach toys and a cooler supplied.

Beautiful Beach

The location and beach are amazing! The president of the association at the condo is a problem! He runs around giving orders and policing & harassing. This place could be much better without Mr. Smartt. Having to pick up keys and drop off keys a couple miles from the condo is also a problem unless you have a car rental. The condo itself was very nice and had everything you could need. Beautiful views, Sand toys, beach chairs and more!! Because of Mr. Smartt, we will not return to Villa Madeira!
