Just a few steps from the shore this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is ideal for your next beach retreat! With an open floor plan, everyone in your party will have plenty of room. The home is split into two separate units, guests will have access to the entire first floor of the home. The second floor is a separate vacation rental unit. The two may be booked together for larger families traveling together if dates are available. Bedroom one offers a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster oven, a Keurig coffee maker and a large electric skillet. There is a nice grill outside with a burner. There is not a full size oven, stove or dishwasher, however guests have been very comfortable with the accommodations and cooking arrangements. The home is light and bright and has a wonderful back yard to relax and enjoy. There is a covered porch and lots of lush native foliage. The beach is so close that you can feel the salt sea air in the cool breezes. A little sun, a little shade, and a beautiful place to stay. A quiet space to relax. The sunrises here are spectacular as the sun comes up over the Atlantic Ocean. This is something you will not want to miss as it is one of the most spectacular places to view this. Early risers take a stroll down to the shore and see and feel the magic happening. The shoreline stretches in both directions for miles and is a wonderful place to walk and meander while looking for shells and watching the sea birds dive and play. As the pinks and oranges in your brilliant sunrise dissolve into creamy blue skies overhead set out and adventure. Vista Mar is located in the Butler Beach area which is mostly residential, keeping the beaches here pristine and quiet. You will not find the hotels and condominiums here crowding the beach. Many days you will feel that you have this serene space all to yourself. Salty air and sunny days, a whale or two in November or May and sailing ships in each direction.
