With 1 bedroom, a loft with 2 beds, 1 sofa bed, and 1.5 baths, this is the ideal home base for up to 6 guests. Also, enjoy a refreshing swim or just lounge by the pool. A short venture into town to explore historic sights, museums, unique boutiques, restaurants, art and more.

There is no drive necessary to get to the beach. It is a 15-minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine, where you can explore historic sights, museums, unique boutiques, restaurants, art and more. There are also grocery stores and many restaurants within minutes from our home.

Our home offers a short walk to the beach, with no crossing of streets or drive necessary. If you want to driver your car onto the beach, you are a mile from a public access, where you can drive your car onto the beach for a fee. The beach tends to not be crowded, due to the fact that it is more residential. We offer beach amenities including chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, and coolers, so you don't have to travel with them. We are also located on a protected sand dune where sea turtles come to lay their eggs. The residents of the plan are friendly, and the white sandy beaches are beautiful.
