Hibiscus Resort
Beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located in ocean front resort on Butler Beach. Granite counters, new living room furniture, new carpet in bedrooms and tile floors in main living areas. Master bedroom has own private bath. Pull out sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Enjoy the three pools (one heated) as well as two hot tubs, and private boardwalk to beach. If you choose you can drive on the beach rather than walk! 4x4 is recommended! Outdoor gas grills located poolside for grilling. We are located on the third floor, walk up to our unit.

You’ll love being on Anastasia Island ! Short drive to Old City with many restaurants and grocery stores close by ! This is a great family resort and down the road from beautiful, historic St. Augustine!

Good spot, good condo, easy communication. The three flight of stairs may not be for everyone. Overall good Labor Day trip.

Fantastic hosts! Great communication and quick response. They provide all the information you'll need for a fun and relazing stay.This unit sits on a quiet stretch of Butler beach. Friendly neighbors, clean neighborhood and some fun amenities. We didnt use the pools but they were beautiful. The beach access was a little confusing to us at first but we got there and wow, it is the best stretch of beach we have stayed at on the Atlantic. The unit itself is clean comfortable and stocked like your home away from home. Stop at Walmart and pick up your groceries and your set to make whatever meals you desire. The rooftop patio was a treat. The unit itself has a great Western view of the sunset but if you climb up to the top you can see the sunrise over the Atlantic or the sunset over beautiful St John's County. We highly recommend this property and these hosts!

Great property & location!

This is a great condo, and you can't beat the price. We had some scheduling changes that came up and ended up extending (was lucky enough that the condo was available) and the owners were great to work with! They were very flexible and reachable. It is on the 3rd floor without an elevator and there is private access to the beach that's about a 10 min walk from the condo. They do provide everything you need which is great! We only live a couple hours away, so we did bring our own beach stuff and ended up driving on the beach every morning to get set up and then walk back & forth to condo as needed throughout the day. Everything was great!

Wonderful stay!

We loved our week long stay in this nice condo! It was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. This is a 3rd floor unit - which would be nice to add to the listing. We did fine but it was challenging for my mom on her knees to climb the stairs daily.

We had an amazing family vacation here! Convenient parking right at the condo. The rooms were all clean and had plenty of toiletries. Nice balcony. They had a Roku with Netflix, etc for the kids to unwind when needed. There are several pools, grilles, and other amenities all convenient distance to the room. Not a long walk at all to the beach. Overall very happy with our stay and hope to return next summer!

Absolutely beautiful and super clean and quiet

Loved how quiet and relaxing the area is. I walk with a cane so sand dunes on the way to the beach was interesting but i made it atleast once a day out there. Pools, spas, grounds clean and felt amazing.

Beautiful!

Beautiful condo near the beach. Lisa was easy to communicate with. There are 3 pools as well with 1 being heated. I would recommend and I would come here again!

Butler Beach

Very homey and welcoming place. I felt very comfortable there, and a very reasonable rate. Very close to the beach, but not on it but a nice easy walk and you’re there. I would highly recommend this place.

Christmas Getaway

Rented this property to spend Christmas. St. Augustine was decorated very beautifully. The condo was outfitted well. It met our needs plus some. The main washer/dryer in the unit is great for small loads, and the main washer/dryer is located on the first floor, which wasn’t marked well.

Fantastic

The property was in a great location. Lots of dinner & breakfast options close by. Short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the sunrise & sunset from the rooftop. The host was very responsive & easy to communicate with. The property was very clean and spacious! We would stay again!

Relaxing retreat

Spent 4 days in the St Augustine area and we are so happy we picked this location. This is more than a “cute” condo. It was extremely clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds and furniture and well stocked kitchen. Plus… beach chairs and beach towels provided. Nice restaurants nearby and historic St Augustine only a short drive away. Most days we were the only ones in the pool and we also enjoyed nearby Butler beach, which was only about a 10 minute walk. If we ever head this way again we would consider staying here. The only downfall, of the entire stay, was the 3 flights of stairs to get to the condo. We named the stairs Mt. Everest...ha! It was not a problem for us but for some it may.

Just what we wanted

We had such a great time and thoroughly enjoyed this condo and its location! The condo was very clean and supplied everything necessary for a comfortable, relaxing stay (cookware, coffee makers, multiple streaming services for nights in, coupon booklets and maps for downtown adventures, detailed instructions on condo expectations, bedding/towels, and beach chairs). While this particular unit is not beach front, it was only a 5-10 minute walk to the private beach access. The beach was beautiful- clean and not very crowded! This location was overall very quiet and relaxing both day and night, and was only a 15-20 minute drive from downtown/historic St.Augustine. The rooftop deck, which was only one flight of stairs above this unit, was amazing and offered a view of the ocean and surrounding area. *Note: As mentioned in the description, this condo does not have an elevator, so be mindful of that when booking if anyone in your party has physical limitations .*

Great property and owner!

This property is the perfect fit to enjoy exercise,the beach and the natural setting nearby! We loved the south facing location of the balcony as the mornings were nice in the shade before the intense heat if the Florida sunshine! The condo was furnished very nicely with very comfortable beds and sofa. Everything you need in the kitchen you will find! Grateful for this generous option to enjoy the holiday with our adult children.

Perfect place to stay for a vacation, everything you will need and the beach is so close and so beautiful and not packed with people . Loved St Augustine . This is a great value for the price
