Lofty Expectations - Gorgeous Studio Loft Downtown

Welcome to Bricks Over Broadway, a charming downtown Maryville loft. This spacious studio features a comfortable king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area with a 55` TV. Enjoy the convenience of being steps away from local dining, shopping, and attractions. Please note, the loft is accessible via stairs only and is located above Bella Restaurant, which may result in some ambient noise. Free parking is available across the street.
House Rules

Thanks for staying with us. A few simple things keep everything running smoothly.

Registered guests only. Everyone staying overnight must be on the reservation. Day visitors are welcome with advance approval - just message us first.

No parties or events. This is a residential home, not an event venue. Gatherings beyond your registered guest count are not permitted and will end the stay without refund.

Maximum occupancy is the guest count on your reservation, including children and infants.

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep voices down outdoors and noise inside during these hours, out of respect for our neighbors.

No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including porches and balconies. A $250 remediation fee applies if the home requires odor treatment.

Pets only with prior approval. Message us before booking with breed and weight. Unapproved pets are subject to a $150 fee plus any additional cleaning cost.

Please treat the home as your own. Normal wear is expected. Report any damage or maintenance issue right away - telling us early almost always costs you nothing.

No illegal activity, no firearms, and no commercial use such as photo shoots, filming, or sales events without written permission.

Check-in and check-out times are listed on your reservation. Late check-out may be available on request; unapproved late departures may incur a fee.

Before you leave, please follow the short check-out steps we send the night before.

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a quick getaway. The space was accurately described in the listing. The restaurant Bella's downstairs is a hidden gem. I highly recommend making reservations in advance. Our host was easy to communicate with from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to future guests!

Super cute stay, right in the heart of downtown Maryville. Super clean and comfortable apartment with walkable restaurants and stores. Host were very helpful and friendly!

Perfect location! We loved being right in the heart of downtown and soaking up the energy of the area. The property was very well equipped, and the starter kitchen and bathroom supplies were very much appreciated. The space was extremely comfortable. Communication before, during, and after our stay was excellent, and check-in and check-out were easy and seamless. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a bright and well-equipped space. It was a perfect location for exploring Maryville and the surrounding environment. It was easy to find great restaurants to try, shops to visit, and Maryville's beautiful greenway was just steps away.

This is a cool place, right in the heart of Maryville. The bed was very comfortable, and it has a good vibe. It is important to know that the street traffic noise can be pretty loud at night, but once we got the noisemaker cranked up (and assuming one does not go to bed early), it was not a problem for us. Also, it is on the third floor of the building with a 30-step flight of stairs, and parking is across the street - not recommended if there are mobility issues of any sort. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend.

Fabulous downtown location

Checking in, our first impression was one of cleanliness and relaxation. The space is well-layed out and nicely decorated. Our King bed was very comfortable. The blinds give a nice vibe, but the addition of using the optional black out drapes was wonderful. We would definately stay again. This loft did not disappoint.

Great location to downtown.

Apartment is comfortable, roomy and has modern furnishings. Premium bedding, pillows, and sound machine provide a wonderful night's rest amidst downtown hustle. Comfortable furnishings, blankets and games. Wonderful location in downtown and plenty of parking. For the price paid, bathroom could use a deep cleaning and suggest providing some bottled water, but wasn't a big issue for us or enough to hamper our overall stay. HIGHLY recommend Bella the restaurant below for a nice dinner. Some of the best italian food we've had. Would stay again.

The host sent communications early and was on top of it. The host also asked how they could better serve us. I appreciated that! The loft was spacious, and had all the amenities including blankets and board games for when we hung out on the living room. On another note, I may have missed it but this is a 3rd floor loft with lots of stairs. For the healthy children and adults this is absolutely fine, but for older adults who will carry a carry or suite case or larger it will be challenging going up and down the stairs which can be a fall risk. My 68 year old mom did well, but she was tired at the top. Likewise, keep in mind you will hear the traffic in the morning and the evening which actually was nice. But if you want quiet, probably not going to happen. lol. Other than that, the loft was lovely and perfect for our M-F stay!

The apartment was very nice and had a lot of charm, exposed brick and original wood floors.The listing did say that there would be some noise from the restaurant below. I wish this was the only noise. The street noise during the evening and the food delivery truck, to the restaurant on Friday morning, at 4am was loud.The parking lot across the street was convenient, however it filled up quickly in the evening. So if you took you car out of the lot and came back later, you had to sit in you car and wait for a spot to become available.

Regarding parking, I wanted to clarify that the lot across the street actually has two additional garage levels beneath street level that typically have ample availability, even when the top lot is full. We stayed here for our wedding at the Capitol Theatre, which was about 10 steps away. It was quiet other than street noise (it wasn’t bad though), and it was such a cute space. It was super clean. My bridal party and I all got ready here (plus the hair and makeup team), and while it was a little cramped, everyone had somewhere to sit and we had enough space in the kitchen for snacks and mimosas. My husband and I both agree that we want to stay here again in the future.
