Great property. Tons of charming little touches. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Location to downtown Maryville and Knoxville was great. Would stay again.

Great location. Place was clean and comfortable. Especially loved the pet basket with bowls,blanket,bed and treats! And everything us humans could ask for was there too.! Look forward to going back.Thank you

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and nice and we had everything we could possibly need. The seating areas in the back by the stream and in the front were lovely. The inside was great as well.

Perfect!

We will definitely stay again when visiting family in Maryville. The condo was nicely decorated and furnished with everything you could possibly need and more. There were thoughtful touches and attention to details. We enjoyed relaxing on the back balcony. Wendy was very responsive and accommodating. This is a great condo and a convenient location.

Perfect!

While visiting family in Maryville, this fully equipped first floor condo was perfect. Cute decor, relaxing front and back porch, new appliances, clean and many special touches. I couldn't even think of anything missing in the kitchen which is unheard of in a temporary rental. We definitely recommend and will return.

Our host was welcoming and checked in with us multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. The property is clean and well furnished! The location is exceptional with shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

The location is fantastic for this rental. It's a beautiful home and we enjoyed sitting on the back patio. This was my favorite vrbo I've ever rented.

Exactly as pictured. Squeaky clean and everything looks brand new. Loved sitting outback by the creek.

The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated with lots of personal touches. The owner was easily accessible and willing to give recommendations for local eateries.

The rental was nice and clean. The bed was very uncomfortable. I slept on the couch and my wife slept on pillows on the bed. Neither us got much sleep. We stayed one night instead of the two were charged for. The owner refunded 60 despite what they claimed was a subjective experience of the "bed firmness." You could feel the bed springs after 30 minutes. Totally disappointed since we were there to close a real estate transaction.
