Great place for a couple. Has everything you need for a comfy stay. Although not a place for everyone, it was the perfect spot for us.There is a long flight of stairs to get to the upper floor and as pointed out in the listing it is over a restaurant, and you can clearly hear activities there. They have reasonable hours though, so it is not intruding on night time sleep. The balcony would be great for sunbathers. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming loft apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location truly could not have been better. We loved being able to step out and explore the town without needing to drive. The loft itself was full of charm and felt welcoming and comfortable throughout our stay. There are boutique shops nearby, great restaurants to choose from. Great for young peeps. My only 2 issues were the noise from Bella restaurant below (only Saturday night - but i go to bed early) and 2nd I wish they had a little bit of cover up on balcony patio (to cover a/c units) - Could have some growing ivy plants to block eyesore (but I'm nit picking). Also, patio chairs to sit in. All and all great location for downtown Maryville.

I did not know the unit was above a restaurant and there were a lot of stairs. The restaurant was not overly noisy, but you could hear it. My husband has a bad knee so the stairs were a bot of an issue. The restaurant downstairs (Bella) was excellent.

Thank you for the honest feedback, Susan! We're glad the noise from the restaurant wasn't too bad and that you enjoyed Bella's food downstairs. We'll make sure the stairs are called out more clearly in the listing so guests can plan ahead. Hope to host you again!
