First I want to thank you for leaving such a nice review and I’m so glad you had a great stay… I must apologize about only giving you four out of five stars on some of the reviews that I submitted… I was flying through it too quickly and I thought I hit five out of five on both of them. I hit “send“ too quickly and there was no way to reverse it after I hit send… so to all who are reading this Brian was an amazing guest, very nice and personable, and also very courteous about keeping the Casita in perfect shape… he is welcome back anytime he wishes….

Beautiful casita, pool, and property! The casita is very nice and the view from the balcony is fantastic!! We took advantage of the pool, and bar area to watch Sunday football. Chris has very friendly, he made sure we had everything we needed and answered our questions about the area. The location is perfect, it’s feels very private but just minutes from great shopping and dining. We will be back!!!

The casita was so cute and cozy located on such a beautiful property. We spent the majority of the weekend in the pool and sitting at the outside bar, that the owner Chris had built. It was like our own little private resort. Chris was awesome, funny and kind and quick to respond if we needed anything. We will definitely be back

I loved this space. Great views, peaceful, friendly, easy to find, lots of amenities, close to hiking, shopping, sightseeing etc. I will go back!

We had a wonderful stay. Loved the proximity to Carefree restaurants and coffee shops. The property and the entire neighborhood setting gorgeous. Chris is a delightful host. Beautiful casita.

We were very happy with our stay. Chris was very pleasant to deal with and we had no issues with anything. The casita was perfect for the two of us, very clean with a beautiful bathroom and everything necessary for our four night stay. If we are ever back in the area in the future we would definitely want to stay at this casita again.

Definitely will keep this on our list to come back to! Quiet, loved the balcony for breakfast in the morning, listening to the birds, watching quail & bunnies. Just such a beautiful spot. So relaxing!

Excellent host!! Gave great recommendations for dining, groceries etc. Bummed we were busy so we didn’t get to use the pool or hot tub. Would definitely go back!! Never had a host as accommodating as Chris!

Chris was an excellent host, casita was exactly as described, property was beautifully maintained with the entertaining back yard fully accessible. We’d come back to this area and this property again. Location is perfect for access to PHX, Carefree, and Cave Creek for hiking and such.
