This large (over 1660 sq. ft), luxurious condo is a beach front corner unit on the west side of the building on the 9th floor and offers views of Orange Beach, Perdido Key, Ole River , and Ono Island. Each of the extra large three bedrooms has their own balcony,master and one guest room have king beds, the third has a full bed and a twin bed, flat screen TV's and private bath.

Professionally decorated interior has a large kitchen with outside views, quartz counter tops, wet bar with ice maker and all kitchen amenities. The elegant living room and dining area also have unsurpassed views of the beach. Brand new 50 inch flat screen TV. Living and Master TV's are smart tv's enabling you to sign into your streaming accounts.

The master bedroom has private access to the 428 sq. ft. ocean front balcony, king bed, and private bath with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower and a walk in closet. It also has a 46 inch flat screen TV and DVD player.

Regency Isle is a newer, beach front condo 4/10th of a mile from the Florida state line. Guests have the full use of both a heated indoor pool and large outdoor pool, two hot tubs, steam room, and exercise room. It also has a pavillion with gas grills. It has covered reserved parking, on site management and full security service.

Free wireless internet access.

In addition to the beach and pools, you will enjoy the world class golf courses, deep sea fishing, and shopping at the Wharf and discount Tanger/Rivera Mall is only minutes away. Younger guests also enjoy the nearby zoo, water slides, para sailing, biking, jet skiing and horseback riding.

Great Stay!

Condo had everything we needed. Beds very comfortable. Parking garage spaces seemed unorganized-took a while to find our spot. Had nice beach chairs and some toys for kids, although we did not use them. Owner was very responsive!

Second year at Regency Isle. Love the covered parking. Condo was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed in kitchen. Beds were comfortable. I will definitely look at renting in this condo again.

Beautiful spacious condo

We loved staying at this condo for the weekend with my 2 year old! The pool was perfect when the waves were too much and the rooms were set up with everything we need. Stacey was super responsive and helpful. We will probably be staying here again next year!

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. Great access to the beach and awesome views from the patio. Ice maker was a plus for filling the cooler each day. Huge master bedroom and bath. Wonderful place we had a great time.

Loved this unit and building

Nothing but great things to say about Regency Isle. The unit was exactly as described and the beds were all super comfy. The view out the front balcony (which connects the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms) was absolutely breathtaking. We will never stay West of the bridge any longer! I don't know if it was because we vacationed a little later in the month than we normally do, but the water was crystal clear and the beach and pool had plenty of room with lots of open chairs at all times. It was amazing. Kitchen was very well stocked and the added ice bin was amazing as well. Gas grills were a nice bonus as well. The only thing I can recommend for Regency Isle is a better fitness facility. The one they have is pretty non existent and cables were broken.

Great place to stay in Orange Beach

This place had it all. Great beds and soft sheets. Each room had a balcony and its own bathroom. We really appreciated the beach chairs and toys for the little one. The ice machine was an added plus to take a cooler to the beach every day. Had a couple of minor issues but contacted the host and was taken care of. Great place to stay! Would definitely rent again!

Great Beach Spot

Great corner unit in a fantastic spot on Orange Beach. Perfect space for our family of 6 - beautiful views, easy access to uncrowded beach and pool, wished we could have stayed longer. Would definitely use this condo on a return trip.

Beautiful condo!

Loved this condo. Had amazing views from every room in the condo along with a very spacious balcony facing the beach and one outside the other two bedrooms. We had plenty of room for everyone in our group and so helpful to have bathrooms in each room plus another 1/2 bath. The condo was in a great location - very quiet and family oriented. Ice maker a definite plus! The owner was very easy to contact and was quick to take care of an issue we had with washing machine. Loved everything about this condo! Would definitely rent this condo again!!!

A Special Week at Regency Isle

My wife and I searched the Gulf Coast for a beach condo to host our two grown daughters and their husbands for a relaxing week. After narrowing our potential list to five which we then reviewed with the girls. Regency Isle 912 was the consensus choice and we were in no way disappointed! The condo was everything we expected and more! A great location, beautiful section of the beach, and fantastic accommodations set us up for a perfect week. Add the fact that the owner is more responsive than any I’ve ever worked with and we are already planning a return trip!!

Book this condo!

This was the perfect condo for our family. Private bathrooms in each bedroom was incredibly valuable. Views were never ending with two balconies. Very well stocked unit for lots of meal prep and cooking. Each adult complimented the comfortable beds. The communication and concern from the owner was incredible and appreciated. Stacey wants her guests to have a great experience at this property. Certainly recommend this property and condo for families. A very memorable week.

Thoroughly enjoyed

Beautiful unit #912. Enjoyed the lesser crowd of orange beach as gulf shores was very populated due to a festival taking place. Condo was far enough from the big crowd in the main strip of gulf shores but definitely close enough to enjoy at out leisure. Great celebratory trip for my daughter's 5th gr. graduation!

Great vacation rental!

The condo was great with super views of the beach from the back balcony and of the intercoastal out the front balcony! The amenities in the condo were definitely adequate and the outdoor facilities were super. Everyone in our party were complimentary of the selection and very happy with our stay!

Fabulous!

This is our second year staying in Stacy's condo. It was like staying in a second home. The building is wonderful, no long waits for elevators, easy access to indoor/outdoor pools and the beach. My parents were quite comfortable in their room, my 3 kids ages 9, 8 and 6 were comfortable in their room. They don't like to share beds, so we brought a small air mattress. I loved that everyone had their own bathroom and the master suite is beautiful and the bed comfy. We had everything we needed to cook almost every night. So many little extras that make this a fabulous find (ice maker, water dispenser, beach toys, chairs, boogie boards). To me, the best part is the big balcony to enjoy meals and morning/ evening beach sights and sounds. We were there the second week of October and the water was the warmest is has ever been, the weather was perfect! We saw stingrays, dolphins, and lots of birds and crabs. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable!

Perfect condo, perfect location

This place was so perfect! We have been coming to Gulf Shores for about 8 years and this area was definitely our favorite! The condo was beautiful! It was spacious and all the beds and couches were so comfortable. The condo was much closer to the beach than one’s in the past. It was just a great experience! Thank you Stacy!

The proximity to Gulf Shores, Florida, world class shopping and wonderful food and people immediately won us over!
