Perfect property for our family trip. Exactly as pictures show. Beautiful, spacious condo with nice decor and comfortable beds. The views from the 30th floor and the sunsets on the beach are unbeatable!

This is a perfect beach getaway! Gorgeous view, comfy sheets, bedding and beds,very clean beautifully decorated, large comfortable living room Amazing pools, lazy river and splash pad Our only problem was the dryer took several rounds to dry a load of clothes

Perfect stay

We loved everything about our stay at Phoenix. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. We got a great deal on this unit and would definitely recommend it to others.

What a beautiful place. The deck was perfect for watching the dolphins! Absolutely perfect even with a snowstorm !

The overall stay was great. The only down side was the check in time is the same for most of the other units so unpacking at 4pm for check in meant we waited 30 minutes for elevators at times. No joke! Other than that the staff and property was wonderful

Very nice, clean place.

Very organized ownership. Comfortable beds, great view, clean, good security, and plenty of parking. My only suggestions would be to get rid of the high rise table and chairs on the deck (spoils the view from inside the condo and deck chairs are very uncomfortable) and provide better instructions on the TV. I had to watch the Super Bowl on my computer.

Amazing Condo

We enjoyed our stay so much! This is a beautifully decorated condo on the 30th floor with a beautiful view of the Gulf. We loved that every room had its own bathroom and additional hall bath. The kitchen was stocked so well and the games, books, and ice machine were a great bonus. The pools are so nice and such easy access to the beach. Very nice, spacious, and comfortable stay. Tips for future guests: When an elevator opens, just get on whether it is going up or down. They can be tricky during busy times! Bring your own float for the lazy river and if you rent beach chairs, the red ones to the left have more available close to the water. Definitely choose this condo for your vacation!

There were two box fans in the closet and two beach mats. That would have been good to know, so I could have packed less stuff. Elevators take a long time at check in on a Saturday, but the wait wasn’t bad any other time.

Very clean and beautifully decorated condo with an amazing view. Plenty of pools and lazy river for everyone. Clean beach. Easy check-in and checkout. Highly recommend for a family vacation.
