It accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 2 parking spaces available. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, oven, cookware, flatware, washer and dryer, elevator, and community pool. Linens and Departure Maid Service Included. For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of travel-size shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish pods upon check-in. These items are not replenished during your stay.

We really liked the condo. It was very clean, room sizes were great, very good view and good interaction and instructions from Rental Leaf. The only negatives were that the twin bed by the wall in second bedroom squeaked loudly, the mattress in the master was somewhat old and beginning to break down. The walk-in shower floor was very slippery when wet and probably could use a bath mat. The dryer took quite awhile to dry the clothes. We would stay there again

Beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean. The condo was immaculately clean. Parking was easy and convenient. I would recommend this place and hope to rent again next time I’m in the area.

We loved our oceanfront condo. Easy instructions fo check in and check out. Clean, nicely appointed interior and larger than expected balcony. Queit location and easy to come on and off beach. Exactly what we were looking for our family of 4. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Easy access to the beach, perfect view of ocean, pool was a bit chilly this time of year but a refreshing dip felt good after the beach all day. Property was very clean and kitchen had all you needed to prepare a meal.

This condo was perfect for my small family of 5. Two teenagers, one 4 yr old and my wife and I all fit perfectly in this updated, clean, well kept, organized condo. It even had its own ice maker under the main counter which I thought was cool for my daily drinks!! We very much enjoyed our stay and the accessories (tv, roku, wifi, dishwasher, laundry equipment, etc.) and access to the beach were perfect! The only disappointment was the very small pool located on the side of the condominium. It was ice cold water and very little sun hits the pool. The deck was nice, but the pool needs to be heated or moved to the front of the condo by the deck. No hot tub either which was not a big deal to me, but my wife really wanted to relax in there everyday. Fortunately, we had family staying nearby and we ventured to their facility which had a very nice sized pool and lazy river for the kid. I would stay here again in the future!!

Condo was clean and spacious. Direct ocean front views. So easy to work with host/rental company. Parking was wonderful. Easy walk to the beach. Best time of year to go. Beach was not crowded and temperature was in the high 70s. Host provided everything you could possibly need. Will definitely book again.

We loved this condo. The location is perfect, the view from the balcony is amazing. Very comfortable master bed, the 2 twin beds in the second room squeak every time you move on them but they are comfortable. Kitchen is very nice and pretty well stocked. During our stay we met a few of the neighbors who own condos there and one who even lives there full time. It is a very family friendly building, very nice people! We can't wait to come back next year.

Wonderful! Stocked and CLEAN!

Easy remote check in NO hassle dont have to talk to anyone just use your codes and you are able to start enjoying your vacay immediately. Property has wonderful oceanfront view with nice table and chairs on balcony to relax. Condo was very clean not cluttered and they even provided extra towels and linens in the closet. We received helpful texts to help navigate the July 4th weekend! We hope we can book this property several times to come! We are very thankful for such a wonderful stay!

This had pretty much everything we needed. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was perfect for our family of 4 and the kitchen, dining, and living areas were surprisingly spacious. It was great to have a laundry so we didn't go home with piles of dirty clothes. The ocean view was amazing from the balcony, living room, & bedroom. We spotted dolphins two separate days! The location was perfect for families who want more of a chill vacation than the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach. The pool was closed the 1st half of our trip so it would have been nice to have a heads up in the listing the estimated date of opening. We texted the property management company 2 times off hours and never heard back. Not sure if their text system doesn't record those properly or what because the automated text response was that they would respond ASAP the next day. Luckily, we ran into the maintenance guy for the building and got the answers we needed. Loved having the extra ice maker. Baseboards and vents could use a deep clean but everything else was very clean.
