Whether you’re seeking a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this cottage offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.

The accommodation is thoughtfully equipped for families with young children. A selection of children’s toys, a high chair, and a child-friendly bed are provided to ensure a comfortable stay. For added peace of mind, a video baby monitor is also available. Guests are welcome to use the canoe and life jackets, which are included for recreational use.

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was so relaxing and quiet. We had a bonfire at night, relaxed in the Hot tub, and enjoy making breakfast in the beautiful kitchen. I would highly recommend booking this cabin.

This beautiful cabin was clean clean clean when we arrived! It felt so cozy and was decorated so thoughtfully. We had family in Harrisville and it was a short lovely drive up there! We can’t wait to stay here again next year.

What a great place to stay. Communication with the owner was responded quickly. Very clean, all supplies you need were there. We will definitely reserve this place again.

Everything was exactly as pictured. House was super clean, the fire pit and hot tub were a great addition for a chilly fall stay. The owner was very communicative and made sure we were happy upon arrival. Perfect location to spend some quality time disconnecting from real life. Looking forward to future stays at this property

We just arrived home after a wonderful week at the Cedar Lake Cabin. I can't say enough about this place. Very clean cabin with a fully stocked kitchen. Towels were provided. The owner was very responsive to our 1 concern. This cabin is in a nice, quiet area. Lake access is directly across the street if you want to take the provided canoe out on the water. We enjoyed seeking out the many bike trails on the Lake Huron side of the state. The Huron Sunrise Trail in Rogers City is not to be missed. We came home each evening and relaxed in the hot tub. It was the perfect ending to our day riding our bikes. I highly recommend this beautiful place.

Great cabin on the lake

Nice 2-bedroom cabin across the road from Cedar Lake with a good view of the water, and just around the corner from Huron.AC is nice to have downstairs on muggy days.Host was very communicative and keeps the cabin very clean. They even provided a few snacks which was thoughtful.

This three generation family thoroughly enjoyed all this beautiful cottage had to offer. The home is peaceful, well appointed, very comfortable. It was the perfect place to celebrate the last days of summer (school started this morning). Loved canoeing on beautiful Cedar Lake then relaxing in the hot tub. And smores at the firepit never tasted better! We would most certainly come back.

We stayed here for a wedding which was in Black River about a 30 min drive. We visted a lighthouse that you cld go in and clumb to the top for 5 very pretty, they have a pretty shoreline and a gift shop. Went for icecream also wow that was amazeing and alot. Lake view was very nice from the front porch and the loft bedroom, bedrooms were spacious and clean but, you can hear everything in the loft room from downstairs. Host was very nice and easy to contact. Hot tub was great we sat in it everyday. Could use a few more pots and pans cookie sheet, and a fan for the loft. Loved the location and we used the fireplace outback 2 nights.

Very clean and comfortable cottage! Frank is very responsive to messages. The cottage is as advertised, and there are several nearby stores for groceries/supplies if needed. The beds and the couch were comfy, it was also nice to have a separate area upstairs for kids to hang out.Oscoda Park beach is a wonderful-large, sandy beach in a downtown area.. if you are rock hunting hit up Harrisville St Park or Sturgeon Lighthouse. Lots of beach options nearby otherwise.Bobcat Bar and Grille is cozy and has good options to eat- kid friendly. Tawas Pizza Co is excellent- food/atmosphere. Marion’s ice-cream gives you a giant cone (banana pudding is to die for) All the towns have lots of shops to check out. We had a great time!
