Thank you for the wonderful review of St. Lucia Penthouse 2 at Silver Shells. Glad the space worked well for your group of eight adults and two children, and that check-in/out was effortless. Thank you for the 5-star review! We're so glad you love Silver Shells and enjoyed the penthouse — clean, spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable furnishings, and a great balcony. Happy the huge master and well-stocked kitchen worked well for you, and that the private pool and hot tub were a plus. We appreciate the kind words about our communication and hope to host you again with Emerald Coast Vacation Rentals.

Thank you for staying at St. Lucia Penthouse 2 at Silver Shells and for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry the condo did not meet expectations. I apologize for the condition of the decor and cleanliness—floors should have been mopped—and for the frustrating key fob situation. We understand concerns about increased security and will share your comments with Silver Shells management and the owner so housekeeping, maintenance, and the key-fob procedures can be reviewed. We wish we had known during your stay so we could have attempted to address these issues immediately. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we’re sorry you feel it’s time to look elsewhere.

Thank you Rachel for taking the time to complete this survey. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to having you back real soon.

Thank you Joshua. I hope you got to check out the restaurant on the beach. Or hang out by one of the pools. We look forward to your future visit with us.
