This property is absolutely perfect! The view is amazing. Spent the evenings relaxing and watching the sunset. The house is well stocked with all necessities (everything we needed was there and plentiful). The house was clean and well kept. Would live here if I could!

Relaxing stay

Absolutely loved our stay at Frenchman’s Breeze. The minute we walked in I could feel myself relax. The view is incredible and you can’t beat the waking up and falling asleep to the sounds of the waves. Snorkeling right off the beach was great! The driveway is a little daunting at first but you do get used to it. Tressa was extremely responsive and helpful with local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!

The house and view were amazing, even better than the pictures.The house was clean and check in was easy. We had a great stay would love to stay there again. Communication with the host was great and we got many good recommendations for things to do and places to eat on the island.

Spectacular views!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful oceanfront property. The views are absolutely amazing and the house itself is gorgeous, clean, and very comfortable. You can hear the ocean from the house and the sunsets were unforgettable. Highly recommend this place and would love to come back again.

Beautiful location and home on the ocean.

We went for a sisters’ getaway. House was clean, comfortable, and private. Views are stunning. Would highly recommended staying if visiting St. Thomas. Thank you for having us as guests!

Tressa is a really great host and was easy to communicate with. The house itself is beautiful with a gorgeous sunset right from the patio!
The view says everything!
Walk downstairs for your private beac. Our guys tried fishing there for a couple of mornings ( need water shoes a bit rocky)

Paradise in St Thomas

Beautiful property, extremely responsive property managers. I can’t think there is a better place to stay in St Thomas!

Great Stay

Frenchmans Breeze was such a gem! The home felt bright and airy, and everything was spotless when we arrived. What really stood out was the huge terrace—it gave us so much space to spread out and take in the gorgeous surroundings. It was the kind of place where you can instantly unwind and really soak up the island atmosphere.

Loved our Stay

We absolutely loved our stay at Frenchmans Breeze! The place was so clean and welcoming, which instantly made us feel comfortable and at home. The highlight for us was definitely the large terrace—spending time out there with those amazing views was just magical. Whether it was coffee in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening, it quickly became our favorite spot. Everything about the stay felt easy and relaxing, and we can’t wait to come back!

Great house with gorgeous views and crystal clear water. The house was spacious and very accommodating. If I had one small complaint, it would’ve been about the driveway— it’s pretty steep, but it’s manageable

The view was spectacular! The property manager was helpful and responsive. The home had everything we needed. We spent a great deal of time on the large deck taking in the view and watching cruise ships go in and out of port. We had no issues with the driveway in our 4x4 jeep. We would definitely stay at this beautiful rental again!

South Shore Gem!

Perfect for two couples, this property was as advertised! We spent many hours on the expansive terrace and enjoyed the comfortable furnishings throughout the villa. The property manager, Tressa, was always available for numerous pre-trip questions and suggestions and quickly responded during our stay. Communication earned more than 5 stars! (Do pay attention to the cautions about the steep driveway; they are true!) With all the housing options from which to choose, we were delighted with our choice of Frenchman's Breeze. Thank you for your hospitality.

All I can say is WOW!! This property is amazing! Great location, very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The view from the porch and beach access was amazing! We will definitely be back!

Nice property in St. Thomas

The property was nice. Accurately described in the pictures. Clean with a great view.The road to the property was difficult and a 4x4 is needed for the driveway.

The perfect view

Frenchman's Breeze is exactly as pictured and described. The view is to die for! The whole home was very clean, comfortable beds, everything we needed in the kitchen and the washer/dryer came in very handy. Very highly recommend.

Beautiful Home & View

Property was as pictured. The house was clean and beautiful, the view was spectacular. Would definitely go back. You also will NOT be able to get out of the driveway without 4x4 so make sure you plan accordingly!

5 star vacation

Came to celebrate our daughter’s senior spring break and turned out to be one of our favorite vacations. The house was perfect. Super clean and well stocked with essentials. We were able to snorkel right off the waters edge. We loved the balcony (which is huge) so much we opted for many meals in and enjoyed watching all the boats and cruise ships. Loved that it was a 5 min walk to Longhorn restaurant/bar and mini market. Also thankful for the generator as we heard other people complaining of losing electricity for days on the island. My daughter’s favorite day water island. Ours was visiting St John. The others days we enjoyed checking out the beaches of St Thomas. This place is worth the price. Would definitely rent it again if we stay on St Thomas.

What a view!

House is very nice, well located and provisioned for a week of relaxation. But the view? Outstanding! Pictures are accurate but do not do the view of the ocean justice. Lime Tree resort is close by, dining and sand beach. Red Hook (dining and ferry to St. John) and Charlotte Amalie (dining and shopping) are easily reached. We will be back!

Should be 4.5 Stars. The host, cleanliness, location and ease of communication was 5/5 stars. The house has everything you need and the sunsets are magical. Neighbors are friendly neighborhood quiet. Some concerns no curtains or blinds for privacy. Two men showed up on the grounds to clean the gardens without notice. The driveway is steep. I had a jeep wrangler. Better to use a smaller all wheel drive vehicle. But other than that. Fantastic.

We highly recommend a jeep or 4WD for the steep driveway, which is also recommended in our listing. We are pleased to hear you enjoyed the cleanliness, easy location and quick communication.

Perfect Property

Everything was perfect. We loved the seclusion & privacy of this house. It’s a beautiful home with a perfect location and breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea. The balcony is huge with high end comfortable furnishings. The house was very clean and had 2 master bedroom & bath, 2 refrigerators, washer, dryer, beach chairs. We had some of our best snorkeling right down the steps on calm days.The property manager was very responsive to any of our questions. I don’t know if there’s a better place to stay on the island and we checked out the Ritz & Marriott I still preferred this home. The driveway is scary when backing out because it is very steep but I believe that’s every house on the island. You will get used to it.We will definitely be booking this house again.

Birthday Trip to Paradise

Wow- where to even begin with our stay at the Frenchman’s breeze. This property was perfection, I traveled with my husband and 12 year old son for his birthday. For starters we loved the layout, having a big wide open living room and kitchen area was so nice and inviting after coming back from a full day of being in the sun. Each bedroom had so much storage space and bathroom space so we never felt cramped. The deck is the star of the show, we loved watching cruise ships and yachts go by and hearing the waves gently hit the shore. As someone who has never been to the island before we had no idea which area was best to stay in but the location of this house is as good as it gets. We were able to get to downtown and Havensight mall area in 5 minutes and then in the other direction we could get to red hook in about 10-15 minutes. The drive way is steep like other reviews stay, but as long as you have something with 4 wheel drive it’s no big deal. I fear this house has spoiled us for ever staying anywhere else on the island and will be sure to book here on our next time visiting !
