With 4 bedrooms including 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, guests will have plenty of space to relax. 3 bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and showers, along with a 1/2 bath on the first floor for added convenience. This marvelous property also features speakers throughout 1st floor with bluetooth, tuner and CD player and on the 2nd floor a rec room with a pool table for fun times with friends or family. Also includes EV car charger in the garage and walking/biking distance to town and beaches - near bike and walking paths. Conveniently located on the east side of route 1 avoiding route 1 traffic. Great location! Lewis Waterfront Preserve. ** This townhome is available for a minimum rental of 1 week (7 nights) It is also available for month-month and summer seasonal rental. My home is located on the east side of route 1 eliminating excessive traffic during your stay. The home offers EV charger, pool table and speaker system throughout the first floor and a surround sound woofer on the 85” tv in the recreation room in the 2nd floor. It offers a patio facing east for enjoying wonderful sunrises and a balcony & front porch that faces west for amazing sunsets.
