So glad that you found the condo nicely equipped and clean! They will groom the trail back to ski-in, but we had recieved three feet of snow in two days shortly before your arrival, so I'm not sure they had a chance to groom it by your stay. Thanks for taking the time to review this property. I can assure you that this condo is portrayed accurately via the listing photographs. The unit has not changed since photos were taken. I'm sorry that you disagree and felt the property was just OK. We would never show one property and put guests into another at San Moritz. You were here for three nights and had ample opportunity to communicate your concerns with the office but chose not to. I do appreciate your feedback, as we value and take all guests' concerns seriously at our complex, but would appreciate the opportunity to address concerns while you are staying with us and would appreciate more concrete feedback, so we can remedy the specific issues. Thanks for being a repeat guest and taking time to review! I'm glad that you had another wonderful stay. I apologize for the hot water; I will ask maintenance to check the hot water heaters for the building and make sure everything is working properly. I will also ask Housekeeping to address those cobwebs. The parking lot does go through a melt-freeze cycle once we get into spring, and this year was especially warm, so the cycle was a little more intense after all the snowfall we recieved earlier this year! We did have an epic snow year this ski season, so we saw piles of snow much larger than a typical year. So sorry to hear about this experience! Construction during the busiest season of the year is not allowed at our condo complex, and I'm not sure why this was happening during your stay. We have spoken with the owners of the condo above you, and they have been instructed NOT to do any more work for the rest of ski season. I did not personally take your complaints, but in the future, the staff here will do more to effectively address these types of issues as it absolutely unacceptable.
