This amazing cottage is located 1 block from Elk Avenue, mountain shuttle and all shops and restaurants! Walk everywhere or take the town shuttle to the mountain lifts. After all the fun, enjoy a relaxing time in our hot tub! We offer one queen bedroom and a nice, built in bunkroom with two twin beds. This is the perfect property for kids. The bath is located by the bunk room. Enjoy a south facing grassy fenced back yard, propane grill and your own private playground! Wi-fi and Smart TV in the master bedroom. Roku on living and bunkbedroom. We do not have cable tv. Dogs are welcomed for an extra fee of $100/dog, no exceptions. Please add that when requesting booking. No Off street Parking. Parking with permit only. Please provide license plates before arrival for permit issue. Business License #001224

Perfect weekend getaway

Perfect location for a mountain town weekend getaway! Easy to get in/out - clear communication from the owners, parking permit was easy, no red flags! The house is over 100yrs old so as long that’s the expectation this spot is PERFECT!

Great location in beautiful Crested Butte

Average accomodations in an above average location. Beds and linen need a refresh. Bathroom is bare minimum. Hot tub is a savior after a long day of turns.

Darling House, great location

My employees stayed here for a month so we could staff our business during the busy season. I was so happy with the accommodations, the girls felt spoiled to be in such a cute space, and were so grateful for the very short walking distance to work and everywhere else in town. Thanks for the great stay and I am so relieved we found a perfect spot for my team so we can keep our business open.

Great location with hot tub

The house was great for a four person ski trip. We were not in the house much, so the lack of a big comfy living room with lots of seating didn’t bother us. The hot tub was A+ for stargazing and recovery from skiing! Location was excellent. We had some trouble figuring out the house temperature which was generally either too cold or too hot the whole time and had some issues using the oven, but the host was responsive.

lovely spot right in town

excellent use of limited space. living room and dining room were very functional. bunk room is small but worked great for out little ones. backyard playset was fun and the dog enjoyed roaming around it. mtn views from the front porch and only a block off the main street. we absolutely loved it.

Location, location, location!

The location of this property could not be beat! Being a block of Elk (the main street) meant that everything was walkable. Plus the free shuttle up the mountain was so convenient. We parked the car and did not need it all weekend. Thank you so much for helping to make our experience in CB even more magical.

Excellent experience

I booked this at the last minute due to cancelling a Canada trip due to low/poor snow conditions. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly. The cottage is great. It’s very clean and not drafty at all. It’s 1-2 blocks from the Main Street in town and a 7 minute walk to the market. I highly recommend.

Cute, clean cottage in the heart of downtown.

This was a great lication for us. One family in our party stayed two doors down and the other just down the alley making it very convenient. Wish the windows had screens because it was rather “ buggy “ at night. Everything else was wonderful.

Just what we needed in CB!

We stay in CB a couple times a year and this has been one of our favorite spots yet. Great location. Incredible charm; built in 1899! While small in size, the space is effectively used. The amenities were perfect for what we needed; nice kitchen, good appliances (awesome fridge) and plenty of space. Only downside was that they didn’t have kitchen supplies like salt and pepper, oil, etc.

A Loveable Cottage in Crested Butte

We loved our four days in Summer Cottage, would love to stay a month next Summer! The kitchen is large and fully equipped. The cottage feels larger than it is, very easy to live in. The water pressure and temperature are fabulous, much better than at home. In a quiet neighborhood half a block from outstanding restaurants, art galleries and shops. Priscila, the owner lives in town and was very nice to work with. Check-in and out were very easy. We’d go back in a minute if we could!!!
