Updated and well suited for the family

Property has been renovated and is the perfect house to rent for a family of 4. Had every we needed, and was easy to get into town. Highly recommended

Summer 2024 Mountain Trip

Unlike other properties, this one actually looked exactly like the photos upon arrival! The home was well furnished and perfect for our party.

Wonderful Space with a Great View!

Very spacious and clean condo! View was super. Easy access to shuttle for skiing. Quick communications with owner. Great experience for our family!

Great location, great property

This is a beautiful property! We were 4 adults and this unit was extremely comfortable. The bus stop is right at the property and the owner Cory was extremely helpful. Since we were 4 adults coming from 2 different locations, having 2 parking spots was key! Clean and great views.

Created butte

We had great views and layout was great! We got our legs conditioned to the stairs as biggest challenge for us. Great location as walked our dogs every day to ski lifts. We loved Crested Butte!

Spring Break

Modern and comfortable 2 bedroom condo. Hot-tub located just outside unit which was nice on cold nights post skiing. Panorama mountain views from the sitting area. Deck great for getting afternoon sun. Conveniently located on the CB bus network and pet friendly. A great place to stay any time of the year!

Exceptional Place in the Butte

Owner was very good at responding. Made sure our stay was going to be positive before and and after. Unit was very clean and had awesome views. Place was much bigger than pictures portray. Thanks again Corey!

Down to Earth

This place is a great down to Earth place in location but extremely well kept. Very modern feel in the mountains with great amount of natural light. What made it better was the ability to have a pet. Communication was made great and easy for us. Definitely recommend!

Mt. CB -- Great Place

The condo was exactly as represented in description and pictures. Corey was great to speak to both before and during our stay. Perfect set up for our family of 4....2 teenage kids shared the bunk room. Interior has updated floorplan, appliances. Easy on/off to bike trail and bus stop. Would stay there again. Thank you Corey!

Beautiful condo with amazing views

My family and I stayed for four nights in Crested Butte and this unit made our stay even better! Beautifully appointed, very clean, the most comfortable beds ever and amazing views from every angle and from the patio where we enjoyed dinner and drinks. Corey was so easy to work with and got back to me very quickly if I ever had any questions. My children are already asking if we can stay again next year, you will not be disappointed!

Wonderful views, modern, clean and a lot of space

We've always stayed downtown CB, but decided to stay closer to MCB this trip and this condo was fantastic. Easy to access right off Gothic. 2 minutes to the mountain, 5 minutes to Elk Ave. Spent most of the time on the patio enjoying the views, but the living area and kitchen were great for hanging inside. The unit was very clean and had all appliances needed for cooking and grilling on nights in. The owner was very communicative and accommodating. Definitely recommend this condo. Cheers!

Picture perfect

What a beautiful place. Amazing views! Very clean and has all the niceties one good ask for. Corey is an excellent communicator too! We never had to ask or guess or search for anything. He gave us all the details of the unit up front and made sure we were set. Highly recommend this place. So conveniently located. Close to town and close to the mountain village. Perfect for us. Our first time to Crested Butte but not the last!!

Spacious, clean & stunning views!

My parents and I stayed at Corey's place in the Fall for a weekend and were extremely satisfied with our experience! The place is newly renovated with tremendous views of Crested Butte. It's about a 5 minute drive to downtown, so the condo is in a perfectly located spot. It was very spacious and clean, as well. Corey did a great job communicating about everything we needed to know and made our stay very comfortable! When we stayed, there were complimentary shower needs but you'll need to bring your own detergent if you plan to use the washer. We also wished we had another blanket or two for evening lounging around. Other than that, it was perfect. We'll definitely use Corey's place again in the future when we venture back to CB!

We also provide a large blanket on the top shelf of each bedroom closet, I'm 6'4" so I just assume everyone can see them ;), as well as two cozy blankets in the entertainment center. Amazing Condo, Unbelievable Views!

This was our first time in Crested Butte, and we are planning when we can come back. Crested Butte itself is gorgeous, Corey’s condo is the cherry on top. It is extremely spacious, clean and completely renovated. Our family of 5, (2 adults, 2 teens and our puppy) enjoyed every minute. Check-in was a breeze. The hot tub was perfection after a day of skiing. The unit itself is 2 floors down from the parking lot via steps, which was not a problem at all. There is a shared hot tub on the deck, and although we were there for President’s day weekend, we never shared it with anyone. This condo is stocked with laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryers. The 2 bedrooms are a good size; and the beds are extremely comfortable. The condo is directly on the free shuttle loop that takes you to the base of the ski mountain or to town. Once we got to Crested Butte we parked our car and didn’t drive it again until we left. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. One of the nicest, cleanest VRBO’s we have ever rented. Thank you Corey!

Lovely views. Hot Tub was in a common area, but it seemed to be never used....except by us :)The enormous TV in the comfy living room was fun for watching Netflix or a movie after a long day out!
