This property is perfect for family and friends or a couple. 'A breezy and charming home, Maui Winds invites rest and relaxation and offers exciting activities for top-notch athletes ready to windsurf, surf, foil, SUP or bike Maui's north shore. Kiting is so nearby at world-famous Lanes beach. Mama's beach and kid-friendly tide pools and access to surfing and wind sport launch are just a few steps away. Sight see and return back to Maui Winds for a home-cooked meal or short walk down the street to Mama's Fish House Restaurant or Kuau Store for groceries. Nearby Baldwin Beach invites walkers and runners or babies to it's popular Baby Beach. Paia has contemporary island cuisine and live music. The feeling on this north shore is low-key, "Bohemian", relaxing and sporty if you choose, 'less "resorty" than some areas of Maui.

Great house and great location

Loved being just a short walk to the beach in front of Mama’s fish house. It’s far enough from the Airport and bigger town but still just a short drive to both. Walking distance to the cool little town of Paia. Craig the manager was very friendly, responsive and helpful. The house itself was open and airy and clean. Loved the big shower! Would stay again if I ever make it back!

The perfect spot

We had a spectacular time staying at this beach house. It provided ample room for our family of 5. The yard allowed for kids to play and we were a very short walk to mama's beach. Close to Paia and an excellent store down the road.

Another great stay!

We have stayed in the lovely little house about 9 times over the last decade. It feels like home. New property manager very responsive and efficient! We’ll be back!

Perfect Kuau Location

Perfectly preserved plantation-style cottage. Spacious. Original wood floors. Dreamy cross-breezes. Very private decks. Outdoor shower. Low-key elegance. Walked to the beach three times/day. Sea turtles, changing tides, quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful place to stay in Paia

Where to begin?! We loved staying at Aloha Charm. The home in incredibly stocked with everything you would want or need. The home is beautifully decorated and great for hanging out. The beds are super comfortable. The location is perfect-a five minute walk yo a sandy little beach where turtles hung out, close to another beach to watch the sunset, and a 5 minute walk to mama’s fish house where I celebrated my birthday. Oh, and just down the road is a great little store that has a great deli. Finally I can’t say enough about how quickly Kalia responded to all our inquiries. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Perfect little cottage by the sea

Cute and private plantation-style cottage within walking distance of the beach, plus private parking. Great place to just relax and stay home, or a basecamp for all island activities.

Wonderful house

The house is a classic beach house with loads of character. If you are looking for an authentic (non-condo) holiday stay, this is the place for you. We were a family of 5 and where very comfortable. It is a short 2 min walk to a small beach good for morning dips. There is a good corner shop 5 mins walk away that serves good coffee and snacks. Mama’s Fish House is also 2 mins walk away.

Everything was terrific except for the key box. Difficult to get into. Place itself was kind of cool old Hawaiian. Neat , clean, charming.

Another wonderful stay!

This was our second time staying in this house and once again it was perfect. We were there celebrating our tenth anniversary with our two young sons. Having the beach just steps away meant we could go swim a couple times a day without loading everybody into the car and trekking out somewhere. We could easily pop back to the house for nap time as well. It was a very restful, low-stress way to enjoy our time on Maui. The home is beautiful and clean, the location couldn’t be better, and the host is helpful and attentive. We would love to return again!

Heaven in Maui!

What a perfect place for our first trip to Maui. House was better than expected and the location couldn’t have been better. Paia is an awesome small Hawaii town away from the mega resorts. Great starting off point for any adventure you desire. The small beach close by was perfect for our little people. Really can’t wait to come back. Mahalo Kalia for the hospitality. -Chad

So lovely and comfortable

We had the best time. It was the perfect spot for our group. We went with another couple and both of our husbands were celebrating their 70 th birthday. It was so nice having the yard. We sat outside and had wine in the evening. Such a short walk to the beach and the first day there was a turtle sunning on the beach. We snorkeled with two turtles another day. I love the town of Paia. So cute and laid back. I can’t wait to come back and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this wonderful little house again. It felt like home away from home. We did not want for anything… thank you for such great memories

Great Beach Cottage

Charming beach cottage with three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Very clean and good communication with the host. Great little market/deli just a 5 min walk away for morning lattes (and vegan options). Quiet residential neighborhood close to Mama's Fish House, and a few minutes drive into Paia for shopping, restaurants and Baldwin Beach. Sorry to leave when the week was up, had a great stay.

Fabulous beach house and serenely happy time

Our family of four stayed for a few weeks enjoying every aspect of Kuau and the north shore in this quintessential beach house. We loved the open and airy feel of the house, the quick and easy access to two beach spots, started our days with treats from the Kuau Store, and conveniently travelled to Paia and Kanaha filling our days with wind, surf, sun and fun. The house had a wonderful vibe about it which felt very restorative and we were never feeling at a loss for anything (everything well stoked and appointed etc). It was a dreamy place to be (more than once we wished we could own a house just like it) and we can’t wait to return. Kalia was super and kind and helpful to work with and we enjoyed meeting her.
