Walk to the beach and everything in Paia Town. Paia Family House is very spacious, well equipped, with a variety of comfortable indoor, and sweet outdoor living spaces for everyone! There's a yard where kids can play, and views out over the green cane fields.
This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is perfect for families wanting to be close to all the conveniences and charm of a small town, as well as, all of the water-sports action of the Northshore!
Walk to the beach from the house. Walk to cafes, restaurants, Mana Natural Foods market and galleries. Get to world-class windsurfing, kiting, and surfing in a jiffy. Plenty of room for gear storage. Enjoy!

This vacation home perfect for large family or group. It is well managed and definitely a place we would stay again. AC was fine and the indoor and outdoor spaces a plus.

Everything was perfect. Great comfortable beds. Large open living space. Well stocked kitchen. Lovely outdoor area. Easy communication. Easy walk to Paia. Highly recommend. Nothing more one could ask for.

The house was very large, with lots of room to spread out. We had multi generations staying, from my 84 yo Mother-in-law to my 2 yo granddaughter and we were all able to find quiet spaces to rest while we were home. Easy commute to the Kihei side to visit beaches, but the beach just down the road was wonderful. We saw turtles on the beach and there is a wonderful area for safe swimming for children at the park.Management was very responsive by text.

Great family stay!

Beautiful house, clean and perfect for a group. Paia town a quick 6 minute walk and beach about 10 min walk. Lovely shops, restaurants etc all close by.

Amazing property, amazing hosts!

We loved everything about our stay at Paia Family House: it was spacious, well-appointed, true to the listing, and a short walk from downtown Paia. Next time we're back on Maui, we will hope to stay here again.

What a fabulous house!

Perfect house for a multi family vacation! Easy walk to Paia even with 5 year olds. Super beaches close by too.

Amazing place!

Beautiful place within walking distance to Paea town and several restaurants. Huge avocado tree in the backyard with beautiful unobstructed views. We loved our stay!

Great stay in Maui

The property was absolutely perfect for two families traveling together. Plenty of space, great outdoor area for everyone, beavh gear, and a short walk to everything in town. We'll definitely be back!

Best time - beautiful property!

We loved our stay here - all the reviews we read are spot on. Home is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. Location could not be better - close to all the things we wanted to do - eat, shop, beach, turtles, Hana, Haleakala … cannot say enough good things. Would stay here again for sure!

Excellent communication. The place was very nice and comfortable. Wonderful location and access to everything north shore Maui has to offer. Would recommend to stay again in a heartbeat.

This place was stunning! I wouldn’t believe how great of a price it was for so much space! We were able to fit our whole family and, it was such a beautiful mixture of inside and outside places to relax! The hammock was so peaceful outside and we had so much space to walk around in the backyard!! Highly highly highly reccamended! Thank you so much for the stay!!
