The hot tub was awesome! The location was great. We enjoyed the neighborhood and taking a stroll down by the river. The place was very cute and well kept. I would book this property again.

The apartment is a little rustic but so charming. I came here to see friends of mine from the 90's, and this apartment brought us back to the apartments we lived in then. Hot tub was great. Perfect weekend!

Clean and Convenient

Great spot just a 2-minute walk from loads of restaurants and coffee shops. Hot Tub was huge and a very high end model.

The place was spacious and well-decorated. Included all the amenities I wanted, including a nice couch, smart TV, comfy beds, and a shower with good water pressure. The parking was a little confusing but once we found the spot it was very convenient. You can walk to the spot through the backyard, as others have noted, or take the sidewalk. I would gladly stay here again.

Well located stay near Burlington VT

This unit was exactly as advertised. It was a typical older Vermont house that had 2 units. It had everything we needed. really loved having the washer and dryer and the hot tub was fabulous. Beds were clean and comfortable - even the futon! Nothing fancy but everything was clean and comfortable. The property was well maintained and The owner was very responsive. This is located just off a nice Main Street in Winooski that had a couple of restaurants and a brewery within walking distance. Burlington was a very short drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

UVM move out

This little bungalow was great. It is right in downtown Winooski, minutes from UVM and downtown Burlington. My daughter and i stayed there after we moved her out of her dorm at UVM. It is right on the street so there is a little light and street noise if you are sensitive. It is the first floor of a two story house. We didn’t hear them upstairs too much. My daughter and her friend enjoyed the hot tub. It was clean. It was funky and fun. I was a little surprised by the parking situation. It is around the corner, not right at the house. We quickly figured out we could cut through the backyard to get to the car. It was a little inconvenient for dragging the luggage in and we got wet shoes walking through the grass, but the three season room is a perfect place to leave them to dry. I loved the electric fireplace in the bedroom! it’s a great place and we would definitely stay there again.
