Please provide 48hrs after booking. For spring break reservations, a phone interview is required within 24 hours of booking being accepted. Photo ID of renter + ages of all guests in party required upon booking acceptance. Winter discounted rates apply to small groups of 2-3 guests for a minimum of 5 nights.
