The location was perfect. Across the street from the beach but it only took 1.5 minutes to get there. Publix within walking distance. The back of the property where the pool is was beautifully maintained. Sitting out there in late afternoon I was able to see 3 dolphins swim by. Small unit and a little dated as far as decor but that really isn’t important to me. Would stay here again.

So! The pool definitely needs a good cleaning there a slim milky look on top the sides u can write ur name in the moss. If the tv messes up be prepared to call repairs urself. Chairs tht come with room r rusted 1 is broke. They did work with us on check in & out times. Other then that the place nice and accommodating

A great place!

This was a great place to stay! Check in was easy, super close to the water, and they had plenty of extras for an amazing day at the beach. Highly recommend staying here!

Thank you Nancy for that nice review. As an owner (Steven & Kevin's Mom) I used to go out to the condo to do the cleaning, but now use a cleaning service. So I only go out there to bring "supplies". Next time I go out there I will be cleaning out that red wagon. Thank you again. Glad you enjoyed your stay. I will try to replace that umbrella (which I think a previous rental left)

Property location was perfect! Inland waterway and ocean made for perfect getaway. Condo was clean and organized and had what we needed to relax

Amazing Place near Beach!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! We liked the closeness to the beach and a grocery store. Would highly recommend this property for a family. Pool was nice as well!

Lovely place

Lovely accommodation had everything you needed.Just five minutes from the beach front. Also access to onsite swimming area. Shops and restaurants nearby.

Great experience

We have enjoyed staying here for several years, the condo is clean and very well stocked with amazing views of the Gulf and Bay. The host is always helpful and considerate as well. We are looking forward to our visit again next year!

Loved the location and pool. Condo needs a few things fixed. Kitchen sink leaked all over counter.Fan in bathroom doesn’t work appropriately.Loud clanking noise when on. No Regular coffee maker. Microwave faceplate ready to fall off. Frying pans need to be replaced. Had to call for bath towels.

Those repairs have been done. We were going to take care of it when you were there, but you indicated "we can live with it", so it was done after your departure. We apologize for the inconvenience, but it was only brought to our attention for the first time by you.
