Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

Family 40th Bday

We were in the area to celebrate my daughter's 40th birthday. The house was a great location for local sights, parks, restaurants and the beach. The house was roomy and the game room, off of the LR, was great for my grandsons to hang out. The only negative was a damp musty odor throughout the first floor common areas/kitchen.

LOVE IT!!

I rented this home for my parents and their doggo for a few days and we just could not have been anymore pleased. The house has such a great historic charm yet brings modern conveniences. Trish (owner) was very easy to communicate with. The house includes the "story" of how the property was found and details about the renovations. My mom texted me at one point during her stay and said...."Would you please message the owners and tell them their place couldn't be more perfect. We've never been in a place that is so well-equipped and so well-stocked with everything imaginable that a family would need, and soooo very beautifully decorated." The family pictures throughout really help you to feel like you know the owners and it also instills a sense of responsibility to take precious care of their property while visiting. The fenced in yard is AWESOME for your doggos or small children! We definitely will book this house again!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Absolutely incredible stay! The renovation of the original 1947 home is top-notch, with modern and stylish furnishings that made us feel right at home. Definitely the most well stocked kitchen we’ve stayed in. The location is unbeatable – just a short stroll to the beautiful beach. Our host was exceptionally courteous and kind, ensuring every detail was perfect for our visit. Highly recommend this place for a perfect beach getaway!
