After your departure, I found the problem was that you had pushed the "Input Source" button on the remote, causing the issue. The fact that there is no dryer, only clothesline, is in the cottage description, so that should not have been a surprise. Thank you for the 5 stars. We clean and wash the mattress pads/pillow protectors, ourselves, between each renter, so the house is exactly as it is advertised and very clean.

I am glad you enjoyed your stay! We do mop the entire house between each renter and it takes about an hour, as the house is all tile. The floor gets dirty quickly with people walking around in shoes and a wheelchair would add to bringing in dirt. I actually don't understand why facts clearly stated in the description are reviewed as a negative such as bringing your own sheets and leaving the house clean as you found it. If that does not suit you, then you should choose another cottage to rent. We do not charge a cleaning fee to keep costs down. Every fee listed on your reservation goes to VRBO. We simply expect you to clean up behind yourself. We check behind every renter and take care of anything that might have been missed, so the house was 100% clean when you arrived.
