This property while in a good location was not worth the high per night price I paid. The bathroom and bedroom has sliding doors that would not open causing anxiety for my guests as part of what was supposed to be a girls getaway weekend to celebrate a milestone bday. There was a constant smell in the building along the foyers. Cell reception was poor and there were groups of individuals outside our unit late at night that were just arbitrarily hanging out and making comments as we went into the unit. The host was nice and responsive but did not get the value for what o paid.

Thanks for choosing to stay with us for your milestone celebration! We also provided you with complimentary early check-in so you could arrive 3 hours early and set up. Thanks for letting me know about the sliding doors coming off the tracks during your stay. We were able to reinstall those after you checked out. We also offered to come do it during your stay but you chose not to take us up on that. We spoke with the building about lobby scents and it sounds like that was something temporary that weekend. We don't normally have cell reception problems here but in general that can vary depending on your phone service provider. We have external security cameras outside the unit and there was no one hanging out outside of the unit and if there was we would be able to report that to security. It is an apartment building so you may have seen other tenants coming and going from their own units. Your safety is always in good hands when you book with us. I hear you on prices, everything is more expensive these days. Keep in mind only a fraction of the price goes to the host. There are platform fees, local taxes, the amount for the cleaner, plus you added the optional third-party insurance. Thanks again for staying and for sharing your experience

Great location I was just trying to get away to enjoy the city and the pics made it seem great ! But the smell inside the smell like a animal live there it was a lot of nats flying around and there was signs of dog hairs , the sofa, rug in the living area was dirty looks like a lot of foot traffic has been across it , I didn’t even bring my bag in . But should have known it was a problem when I seen 3 bugs trap plug-in and two of them look full of nats , the shower head was rusted badly . I book for 2 days I didn’t stay the second day because of the nats getting on me in the bed , but the host let me check in 2 hrs early and agreed to a hr late check out. I didn’t give them the chance to try to correct what was wrong, I feel these things was already a issue. Sorry and there no need to deflect, explain or apologize just make sure to do better going forward so that the guests stays are good

Host address concerns in timely manner but the stay was terrible. Gnat infested(we couldn’t use our phone, take a bath, eat without them flying around us. Including dirty bed sheets, & towels made the stay unpleasant. What top it off roaches in kitchen (crawled around at night) a spider was on the downstairs bed. An uncomfortable stay for us..

Additional costs to bring vehicles

Overall, decent stay. We were close to everything. However, the listing states that parking was available. Unfortunately, overnight parking added an additional 23/night. And it is an additional cost if you need to leave during the day as you will have to pay any time your car is left in the garage longer than 2 hours. Had the listing included the entire details of the parking arrangement, we likely would have picked a different place to stay. Also when we were leaving out in the early morning, there was a young man that was sleeping in the lobby area.

The silverware in the drawer was dirty , the stainless steel refrigerator was dirty , and it's part of everything else saw a roach on the kitchen counter. Let's move on to the bedrooms there were stains on the pillow and the pillow cases had not been changed I ended up stripping my entire bed and washing everything on it and that's for both beds , and the bathroom had to be cleaned down before I could take a bath, may you have to remember that although you're a rental guest there are actual tenants that live in the building so I was awaken about 1:00 a.m. with noise from the tenants next door running up and down the stairs and the tenants from the other side as well because you have to remember it is loft apartment and do not by no means drive there there is no parking spaces available the nearest parking availability is under Dillard's in the parking garage and depending on how long you're there can coat up to 25 a
