Tennessee is a warm climate amenable to insect populations. We proactively manage pest control 6 times per year and you may see active bug traps in the apartment. Please do not tamper with the bug traps and avoid leaving out food or allowing garbage to accumulate in the unit.

This apartment is professionally cleaned before and after every stay. Linens and towels are always laundered between guests. As this is an apartment building with central air circulation, it is possible for dust to accumulate between cleanings.

While we take steps to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, no pest control or cleaning system is perfect so just let us know if you notice anything that needs to be addressed.
