This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhouse is guaranteed to make you enjoy your stay in Atlanta. Fully updated kitchen, multiple balconies, large oversized master bathtub, large closets, WIFI, cable, garage and all housewares included. Just steps from the heart of Virginia Highlands (VaHi), one of the city's most vibrant neighborhoods, you will be walking distance to restaurants shops, bars, grocery, bakery, etc. The location is unbeatable! No fires or smoking allowed* ONLY Dogs are allowed with $150 non refundable pet fee plus $25 per any additional dog. Dogs must be crated when left alone.our insurance doesn’t allow us to host pit bull or pit bull mixes.

*$500 fee will be charged for smoking ANYWHERE on property OR having a dog on the property without our knowledge.

Gray location in the heart of Virginia Highlands. Within waking distance of bars and restaurants. Easy weekend with family and game day activities. We definitely want to visit again

If you’re looking for something with charm and character in a great neighborhood that is convenient to everything, this property is for you. 1920 VA Highlands home with lots of the original elements (flooring, doorknobs, built-ins, etc). Big spaces: eat-in kitchen, large dining room, big front porch (perfect for sitting with coffee listening to the rain or watching sun filter through the leave). Easy check in, and had everything we needed. Comfy beds. If you want sleek and ultra modern, this is not for you, but if you want a HOME, this is your place.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, comfortable home. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to stores, restaurants and the Fox theater. The host is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

What a great spot! Perfect location, wonderful bungalow with so much character and charm. We hung out on the wide porch and enjoyed the friendly neighborhood vibe. Host was so great with communication and accommodating our schedule. The house was stocked well with all the things you need to make the stay convenient and comfortable. Such a lovely and comfortable spot! Would definitely stay there again!

This house is absolutely adorable in a fantastic location. We could easily walk to stores and restaurants. The host is very responsive and makes everything easy from start to finish. Only have positive things to say about it. Highly recommend on every level.

Stay in Virginia-Highland

The house was perfect - very large and comfortable. The location was perfect - close to everything, but in a beautiful residential neighborhood. We loved it!

We had such a fabulous stay at this property. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The kitchen was well appointed, I appreciated having a garage to park the car as on street parking could be a challenge. Many bars/restaurants a short walk away. A grocery store an easy couple of blocks walk away. So conveniently located to everything you want to do in Atlanta. We really did enjoy our stay. I will be back again the next time we come to visit my niece!

Great location, well appointed property

This house is great for a visit to Atlanta. Close to many attractions, easy walking to lots of restaurants and other businesses. Clean and well cared for and we loved sitting on the front porch in the beautiful fall weather. Communication with the owner was super easy and she was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Family visit

We wanted to be in close proximity to our son and daughter-in-law and the location was perfect. The owner was easy to reach and available to answer questions. The house was very comfortable. I would stay there again!

Atlanta wedding

Easter Trip

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful historic home in Atlanta! The house is spacious and perfect for families—plenty of private rooms for everyone to have their own space, and the layout worked so well with kids of all ages. The location is absolutely amazing—tucked into a quiet, charming neighborhood but still close to everything we wanted to do. The home itself has so much character and charm, with thoughtful touches throughout. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for comfort, space, and a truly special place to stay!

Girls trip

Elizabeth was a fantastic host. The house is within walking distance to so many places to eat and shop. We walked everywhere. The neighborhood is beautiful and the house is clean and comfy. Will stay here again!
