This unit is less than 3 minutes walk to Publix grocery store. 1 mile to historic John's Pass where you will find restaurants, parasailing, shops, boat/jet-ski rentals, gambling cruises and deep-sea fishing.

Less than 1 hour away is NFL football in Tampa at Raymond James Stadium, Hockey games at St Petes Forum in Tampa is 45 minutes away. Tropicana Stadium where the Tampa Bay Rays play is just 20 minutes away!!! There is Golfing all around with a twenty 18-hole courses from two miles to 15 miles away.

I am providing outstanding service and the latest in flat screen TV's for your indoor pleasure and a fully stocked unit with linens, cookware and dishes. I added a phone line for free calls in US and Canada. I was President on the board at this complex and I live less than a mile away and am fully devoted to your satisfaction while vacationing here.

The shopping is so convenient you can literally not use your car and walk to Publix for food or several lively Restaurant/Bars right on Gulf Blvd. If you want to kick back and enjoy the beach and a good book,you will feel like you are in paradise, away from it all down on the beach with your feet in the warm water. There are several beach rides that will take you further then you would care to walk if you desire for free and a tip. Downtown is 15 minutes away with the New Dali Museum, Tropicana stadium (Go Rays) and a miriad of eateries and outside cafe style high end restaurants. Helicopter rides out of the local airport there and the Vinoy and Don Cesar Hotels are enough for anyones tastes for the finer things if desired.
