Great place to stay!

The house is located in a great spot and has plenty of room. We had a party of 10 and it worked out perfect.

Love this house!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. The 5 good sized bedrooms and 5 bathrooms all with showers is so great! My bed was super comfortable, both the mattress and the sheets. Everything in the house is super intentional. Everything we needed without extra clutter. The decor is very nice as well. We hope to be back!

Great house for large group

We were in Louisville to visit Churchill Downs and distilleries on the bourbon trail. There were 10 of us. This property was large- had 5big beds/rooms and 5 updated baths...lots of space. Although we didn't use them, the firepit and hot tub were inviting. I recommend this house!

Beautiful home!

This is probably the cutest home we've ever rented on VRBO. It was super clean, had many amenities, and was a great space for a large group. I'd absolutely recommend it to those visiting Louisville or the Bourbon Trail!!

Germantown Stay

House holds 6 adults very comfortably. Any more than six and some doubling up in beds starts. We were very pleased with this property for what we needed.

Perfect Little House

We were there for a stock show at the Kentucky Expo Center and this house could not have been in a better location for us. It was quick access, easy to get around, in a wonderful neighborhood, just overall a great house for our 9 people!

Perfect location

Our company of six stayed here while on a business trip. It was convenient to everything. Great for hanging out and relaxing after a busy work days. We also enjoyed walking to local brewery and restaurants. Very clean.

Fabulous Stay

Property owner/management was very responsive, but not much was needed while we were there. The home was clean and all bedrooms/bathrooms we’re comfortable and well stocked with necessaries. Thanks for the Julips and a great stay during Derby week❤️

Sports trip for several families

Our families stayed here for a tournament in Louisville. The house was perfect--so many beds and lots of space, and it's a perfect location to get to UofL and the Fairgrounds/Churchill Downs. We loved it so much last year that we stayed here again this year, and will continue to stay here if we come back for future tournaments!

Perfect Guys’ Weekend!

Five guys in for a Bourbon Trail weekend and this house was perfect! Each had their own bedroom and bathroom! House was in a great neighborhood. All the amenities we could ask for, even a dining room table that easily accommodated a poker game with snacks. Host was highly responsive when we lost air conditioning and had it fixed before we got back to the house. Would highly recommend this property!

Great place to stay in Louisville!

A group of three families stayed here while in town for a baseball tournament and we were all thoroughly impressed with the house. The rooms are all spacious and decorated beautifully. We were there during a heatwave, and the air conditioning throughout the house worked great. The whole house was well equipped with everything we needed. It was very quiet, too - you couldn't hear people walking upstairs or showers running from the main floor, so it was very peaceful and easy for that many people to be in the house together. We appreciated the large dining room table that was large enough for 10 people to comfortably enjoy meals together. Great place to stay when in Louisville!

Great House, Great Location!

What a cute house! Comfortably slept 11 for a great family celebration. Conveniently located near Churchill Downs, Louisville Campus and other major attractions. Plenty of dining, craft beer and nightlife nearby. (Recommend Hauck’s Corner!) The backyard is spacious enough for Ladder Golf or Cornhole but bring your own if you can. My Dad is already talking about coming back for his 85th! Thanks Kristen! You were a great host!

Girls trip

The owner was great and easy to communicate with. The #of bedrooms with king beds & and full bathrooms made the space very accommodating for our group of 10 friends for a quick weekend get away. This is an older home so squeaky floors and stairs are to be be expected but overall we were pleased with the cleanliness of the house and they have it decorated cute. While the neighborhood was a little unnerving at first glance, we never felt unsafe, and it was a quick uber ride to downtown destinations.

Super clean, nicely updated home

This listing is just as the pictures are. It’s a VRBO where you are happy to see that the pictures are a true reflection of the home. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean. The home is nicely updated with very warm and welcoming touches. My only thing to say is the location. Driving into the neighborhood made me a little apprehensive. It’s a neighborhood very close to U of L. I wouldn’t walk anywhere at night. I didn’t not feel safe per se. There are a lot of families that live in the neighborhood. There is an airport very close by but the noise machines in each room drowned out any noise. All in all, it’s a very beautiful home with lots of great space for 3 families (10 people total) to have plenty of room. Having 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms was really nice for our week long stay.

A week in Louisville

We were 6 pairs of moms and daughters in Louisville for 8 days for a basketball tournament. This house was exactly as described. It was comfortable and spacious enough to easily accommodate us all. The girls made the basement area their hangout and the moms stuck with the main floor. It is an older house so there are squeaks and creaks, but that is to be expected. Airplane noise didn't really bother us as it was hot out so we were inside with the air conditioning going most of the time. We didn't use the backyard much, but it was large and well maintained. It is super fun neighborhood and everyone we met was friendly. Several coffee shops are within walking distance and we tried them all. Our favorite find was Nord's Bakery. You should definitely check it out. Kristin was a very responsive host. She usually replied to inquiries within an hour. The one time we had a significant issue, she got back to us within minutes and had it fixed within a few hours. I would not hesitate to recommend staying at this property.

Terrific House for all our adult kids

House was terrific for us. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. Bathrooms were seriously great. Weather prevented us from using the hot tub or fire pit, but we had just a wonderful time after our bourbon tour. We’d stay there again in a heart beat!

Bourbon Trip

We had 5 couples in town for a bourbon trail trip. The house had plenty of space. The location was perfect for going downtown or heading to other distilleries.

We enjoyed the house in general, however, the basement area was not very desirable. The kitchen was in pretty rough shape as well.
