It’s Florida in the summer. There’s going to be bugs and ants. Two things nobody can control: wildlife and weather. You’re literally the only person to have complained about it that much. And of course I told you to just keep mildly sprained because what was the other alternative??? Did you want me to kick you out of the house so I could bug vomit even though you were only staying there tonight? Of course not so stop being ridiculous. Maybe go stay at the Ritz Carlton next time.

Neighbors were complaining because you broke every house rule we have. You had two loud parties on both nights, left trash everywhere and then left in strewn across the backyard instead of putting in the designated trash bin. You broke a chair and left permanent stains on sheets. Beer bottle caps were left at the bottom of the pool. We had to pay or housekeeper an additional $150 for the extra cleaning, which you refused to pay for when asked to. There was even trash on the roof of the home. In a nutshell, you are rude, irresponsible guests and have no business renting anyone's home. You behaved irresponsibly, disrespected my home, and anytime I called and asked you to keep the noise down, you verbally yelled at and abused me. We have photographic evidence of all the extensive damage and mess you left. When you ghosted us regarding the extra cleaning bill, I left you an honest review on 4/27/25 - the same morning you checked out. You then waited over a month (6/2/25) to write what can only be assumed to be a retaliatory and false review back. HOMEOWNER'S BEWARE - Do NOT rent to this person or her guests unless you want your home to be treated like a frat house. Horrible, horrible guests with no regard for house rules and clearly no shame either.
