Welcome to your cozy retreat in the heart of Downtown Flagstaff, AZ! This charming single-level home features a primary bedroom with a luxurious king-sized bed and a 50-inch TV for your entertainment, as well as a guest bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed. The living area includes a unique water vapor unit that adds a touch of ambiance, with customizable LED lights to set the perfect mood. Step outside to enjoy the fully fenced backyard, offering a secure and private space to relax.
Flagstaff boasts a vibrant downtown with local shops, breweries, and dining experiences just minutes away. Venture a little further to explore the breathtaking landscapes of Northern Arizona, including Snowbowl Ski Resort, where winter sports enthusiasts can hit the slopes or enjoy scenic chairlift rides year-round. Other nearby attractions include the Grand Canyon, Walnut Canyon, and Sedona's iconic red rocks.
Whether you're here for outdoor adventures, cultural exploration, or a relaxing getaway, this delightful home is your gateway to it all!
If you're traveling with a larger group, consider renting the additional upstairs unit, which is entirely separate with its own outdoor areas, ensuring privacy for all guests.
Absolutely no smoking on premises. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge.
Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay. This home has exterior monitoring cameras.
Rental Agreement must be signed after booking is complete - please reach out if you would like to see the Rental Agreement prior to booking the home.
Please let us know at the time of booking if you will need a Pack N Play for your stay.
