Passing the relaxing porch swing you enter into the living space with seating for 5 comfortably. To the right is the first bedroom with its private bath. Including an iron claw foot tub! Past the living area is the roomy kitchen, eating area and 2nd full bath. Off of the kitchen is the utility room with full sized washer and dryer. Beyond the eating area is the large 2nd bedroom full of natural light from the many windows. There is a private, fenced in back yard as well. This location is close to so many of Summerville's shops, dining, and activities. Doty Park is just across the street as well as a farm stand and grocery within a block. Less than 5 minutes from I-26 and Azalea Square too!
