Pet friendly which we greatly appreciated. The grounds were in bad shape, nothing like the pictures. While I understand it is hard to maintain, the price per night was not warranted.

Lovely spot! The garden and trees were amazing. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Host was very easy to reach to communicate with.

The cottage was clean,easy check in procedure. Bed very comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom were small,but we knew that going in. The grounds were breathtaking. Allison and Nic were very accommodating and responsive. Enjoyed the location. Walking distance to very quaint downtown Summerville.

Great place! So comfortable and cozy and clean. Set back from the road so it feels very private, which we loved! Allison is just awesome, what a wonderful person. We really enjoyed our time here while we waited for our new home closing! When we have friends and family visit, we will book the here!!

Wonderful place!

This was the perfect spot for my mom and I to meet up for a girls’ trip. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. If I’m ever in the area again, I will definitely be booking this house!

This property is a gem! Very close to the charming historic town of Summerville, yet you feel like you are tucked away in a secret oasis. The many walkways and paths are lovely and dotted with sculptures and wooden trellises so walking our dogs was a treat!

We had a lovely stay in this historic cottage in downtown Summerville. We were delayed one day arriving, and the hosts were so understanding. Communication was seamless and the hosts responded very quickly. The cottage was clean and well-appointed. My husband was able to work in the mornings easily, given the WiFi. The walking path and garden were absolutely beautiful. As for our dog, she thoroughly enjoyed the doggy toy box. She also enjoyed exploring the area around Summerville. I would stay here again without hesitation.
