WaterPointe II, The All Seasons Resort, provides the perfect amenities to enjoy the beach any time of the year. A heated indoor pool, hot tub, ocean-front outdoor pool, sun deck, exercise room, and direct beachfront access make it the perfect vacation destination. It is located in the family-friendly Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, so you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing vacation with only 54 units in the entire building.
Wildcat Waves is on the 4th floor and has been completely remodeled and updated with whole-house laminate flooring, granite countertops, new sliding doors for the best ocean views, and walk-in showers. The views of the ocean and beach from the private walk-out balcony are spectacular in both directions.
The condo is thoroughly cleaned after every rental and fresh linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience. This is our personal vacation home and we look forward to sharing it with you! However, this is not just a vacation building. There are several full-time residents that are fortunate enough to make WaterPointe II their full-time home. Please be kind and respectful.
No trailers, motorcycles, or RV's are allowed on the property of WaterPointe II, by order of the Homeowners Association. We only rent to families and responsible adults over the age of 25. No house parties or events. No smoking or pets.

This is a great oceanfront condo! The decor is SO cute, beds and bathrooms nicely appointed and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal or to just grab coffee and toast a bagel in the AM, whatever your style. Really appreciated having beach chairs and umbrella provided- so nice to not have to bring or buy for a short trip down. Pools & hot tub were also well maintained. Communication was clear, prompt, friendly. Perfect for 2 couples or small family. Highly recommend!

We especially liked the high chairs on the deck which allowed you to look over the railing for an unobstructed view of the beach.

The rental was very clean and ready to go when we arrived. The beds are nice and so were the bathrooms. The kitchen is big and has everything that you would need from home. They offer both types of coffee makers. The location was the best. We come every year and book a different location each time. This location is the best so far! We would definitely return. Oh and the host was very attentive. Thanks for allowing us to stay!

We hade a wonderful stay. It always nice to feel cozy when you are away from your own Home. This was a last minute reservation and Jennifer accepted our request in less to then 24 hrs. The condo was clean, the beds were comfy and there were plenty of bath towels! Thank you Jennifer!

We had a great week here with our group of 7. The pools were nice, the location was convenient, and the condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We would come again.

Wonderful vacation
My family and I had a great time here. My kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool options. The condo itself was pretty cozy and the short walk to and from the beach was perfect!

We loved the condo. The location was great and views were amazing. The condo was extremely clean and very well decorated. We had such a an amazing stay that we contacted our host, Jennifer to see if we could stay an extra day! She was so helpful and kind. We will be back!

Wildcat Wave
We absolutely love Waterpointe II! Perfect location! And Wildcat Waves is great. Very clean, well stocked, great view of ocean and very quiet.

Mini vacay
The condo was beautiful and looked just like the pictures on internet. Great location and very clean. Loved the view from the spacious oceanfront balcony.

Perfect vacstion
We had a fantastic stay. The unit looks exactly like the photos. Everything was clean and organized. The unit is right by the elevator for easy access. There’s a huge parking lot across the street so you don’t feel cramped. Staff was present daily for lobby/pool upkeep. We will definitely stay here again.

We have been vacationing at Waterpointe II for over 20 years. In 2019 we finally purchased our own slice of paradise and named it Wildcat Waves. In all of the years we have been coming to this area, we have never found another building that has all that Waterpointe II has to offer. Our favorite parts are the quiet, family-friendly beach that is directly in front of the building and the private balcony to sit and enjoy the sunrise over the ocean. It is truly one of our favorite places on earth. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
