Located in the heart of Westminster, you'll be just minutes away from top attractions like Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, and (PLT). Enjoy nearby restaurants, shopping, and easy access to LAX for stress-free travel. Whether you're here for family fun or a relaxing getaway, this home has everything you need to make your stay unforgettable!

INDOOR LIVING: 1 Smart TVs at the living room dining table for 6 persons

LAUNDRY: Washer/dryer inside the premise

PARKING: Driveway (2 vehicles) and street parkings

PETS
Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.

Guests have the full access to the house except the lock linen closet

Other things to note
There's a fee for Early check in/late checkout, subject to availability.

We have exterior cameras in front of the house for security and insurance purposes.

For any stay longer than 30 days, there is a utilities cap of $400.
The cap applies to water, electricity, and gas.
Trash, Wi-Fi, lawn care, and pool service are included.
If your usage exceeds the utilities cap, you will be responsible for the excess.
