Unit score-4/5Campus score-4/5Host (Village Realty) score-1/5 at best, check their Google reviews before booking.Unit was comfortable and well appointed. Plenty of cookware, comfortable beds, good water pressure and plumbing. cute decor. Location was 10 minutes to beach via car or bike. Unit Issues: lots of noise penetration from floor above and front door. Unit above occupied for entire stay and they were loud walkers from 5:30am-11:30pm. Internet was awful, maxed about 60mbps but regularly 30. Hard to sleep with my app constantly tripping off for poor WiFi and the folks upstairs clomping around. Has hooks for hammock but never found one and there is no grill in unit or anywhere on property. Cable cut out frequently, best was during the SUI-COL WC shootout to end the match.Campus had lots of amenities, really well set up. Pools were clean and never really that busy. Fun yard games. Crafts were nice and we did multiple, but unlike other resorts they charge a craft fee (100 to tie dye 4 shirts wasn’t great).Host is hot garbage. No communication except to try and sell you a unit. Unit was not vacuumed for what appeared to be years. Not dusted and top covers on all beds not cleaned. Ran robot vac all day every day for 2 weeks. Sent a maintenance man unrequested on 7/4 at 1pm with no notice. Left place a mess. Spent an hour cleaning up after him. Still no communication from VR over a week later. Place was nice, host is awful, BBB complaint filed to recoup cleaning.
