This newly renovated, pet-friendly, 4-bedroom condo is located just steps from the University of Texas. The suite can host up to 6 guests at a time, and each of the bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom and laptop friendly workstation. Our guests also get free access to the building amenities including the outdoor swimming pool and patio sundeck. There's sun recliners for tanning, and BBQ grills with an outdoor dining area. Inside, there's a community lounge with games, study rooms and a gym.

Located just steps from The University of Texas, this 4 bedroom apartment has a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, wood-style flooring, and a private balcony patio. There is complimentary Wi-Fi, and an in-suite washer and dryer for your convenience. There are two bedrooms that have two double beds, and two more bedrooms that each have one double bed. All four of the bedrooms have their own private ensuite bathroom, and personal laptop friendly workstations.

Our guests get complimentary access to the building amenities, including the large outdoor swimming pool and furnished sundeck. There's a poolside BBQ area with outdoor dining space. Inside, you'll find an entertainment lounge with a large flat screen TV and games, including table tennis, foosball and billiards. The study center has both group and private study rooms, plus free printing! Guests love our 24-hour fitness center overlooking the community pool, and our building is pet-friendly with a private bark park.

We are conveniently located in the West Campus neighborhood of downtown Austin, within walking distance to the University of Texas. We offer a collection of thoughtfully designed units, each ensuring a stylish and welcoming stay. While every unit upholds the same high-quality experience, the layout, view, and decor may differ. Your assigned unit will be confirmed prior to check-in.

Please note: The pool is professionally cleaned every Monday following weekend use and is open daily until midnight. In the event of any unscheduled maintenance, guests will be notified in advance (weather permitting). The gym and study room are currently under construction and not accessible at this time, with reopening expected by the end of May. Once open, the gym will be maintained daily for guest comfort.

Getting Around:
Getting around West Campus and downtown Austin is easy and convenient with multiple transportation options. The neighborhood is highly walkable, with cafés, restaurants, and UT Austin just steps away. Biking and scooters, including Lime, Bird, and Veo, provide a quick way to explore, while CapMetro’s MetroRapid (#801 & #803) buses offer fast connections to downtown and beyond. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are readily available, and if you're driving, nearby parking garages provide options. Whether you're heading to class, a game, or a night out, transportation is always within reach.

▪ The main AC is currently out of service. We've set up a portable AC unit to keep the space cool and comfortable during your stay. Thanks for your understanding!
▪ Please note that the dryer and dishwasher are currently out of order and unavailable for use. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you need any assistance or have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us.
▪ Please note that the study room and gym at Sparq Condominium will be unavailable during your stay, with reopening expected by the end of May. However, all other amenities remain accessible for your enjoyment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding. Should you have any questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.
▪ Extra blankets are not provided at the property; however, we have made sure that all beds are equipped with comfortable linens for your stay. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
▪ Please maintain a considerate noise level at all times, and be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are between 11 PM - 7 AM daily.
▪ While the pool will be open throughout the winter, please note that there is no lifeguard on duty. For your safety, we ask that you swim at your own risk.
▪ To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.

Lost Key Fee:
▪ Please note that a $200 fee will be charged for lost key fobs ($100 per fob). To avoid this charge, we kindly ask that all keys be returned to the lockbox upon checkout.

Additional Services:
• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.

Pet Accommodation Policy:
• A pet fee of $50/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.
• If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee of $50 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.
• A maximum of 2 pets under 50 lbs is allowed. Please note that certain animals (e.g., birds, snakes, rodents) and breeds (e.g., Pit bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Akita, Dobermans, Chowchows, Wolf Hybrid, Bull Mastiff, Dalmatian) are not allowed.
