Great place to stay in Austin! The location was perfect, and the house was modern, very clean, and comfortable. There was plenty of sleeping space for our family of 6.We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Great location close to Rainey st. Shared with 3 other guys for our guys trip to Austin and it was perfect.

House was better than expected. Kitchen had all necessary amenities to cook for the family. Location was ideal and quiet.

Beautiful clean space. Nice bathrooms with lots of hot water. 2 of the 3 bedrooms were nice and ideal for adults. The 3rd bedroom had a pull out type of couch bed and a comfy twin bed in a loft with steep stairs. Kitchen is well equipped. Location is close to airport and other attractions. Having a car is recommended. Fire pit area would have been nice but fires were prohibited in January.

Cute renovated house

Great clean place with everything you need. Mix of modern and rustic features. Close to the river and the convention center. But be aware there is a soup kitchen around the corner. Wasn"t a problem for us though

Very convenient location to downtown Austin. Home looks just like the pictures in the listing. Very nicely outfitted with great linens, fully equipped kitchen, and parking for 2 cars in the rear of the house. You are on a block that is right off the service road of I35, so there is some road/traffic noise you notice but it wasn't anything that would keep me from renting the property again.

Wow.

If you are foodie, or like to cook, this kitchen has everything you need. Great place if you’re looking to explore downtown though don’t walk. Too many questionable people at the intersection and underpass BUT Don’t let the location scare you. They have great parking in the back of the house and my cop husband was happy with the locks, security and window coverings. Gorgeous inside. Seriously. The details were very special. Just gorgeous. I would bring house shoes. The floors are clearly original so a little hard on the feet, but nothing thick socks or house shoes won’t handle.The main bathroom has lots of room for multiple people. GREAT laundry, beautiful towels, huge main shower and gorgeous master bath. We would definitely come back.It’s a total hang with the interior, their AV, furniture and the fire pit outside! Don’t sleep on this place!
