With 3 “adult” bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, plus a bonus “kids” bunk room, Sunset Palms is the perfect retreat for families or groups seeking a relaxing getaway. Sunset Palms is not just minutes from the beach, but also dining, shopping, and the famous Highway 30A. Relax by the pool, take a short walk to the beach, or explore the vibrant local attractions—Sunset Palms promises an unforgettable vacation experience.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 10 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

First Floor Highlights:
Step into a stylish coastal design featuring a powder room conveniently located just off the entryway and an epoxy-finished garage. The open-concept living area seamlessly connects to the kitchen and dining spaces, showcasing Luna timber cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, a 36-inch dual-fuel stove, and quartz countertops with gold veining. A wet bar with a wine cooler enhances the space, making it perfect for entertaining. White shiplap walls and premium LVP flooring lead to a private backyard sporting patio furniture and a 12' x 24' pool, ideal for relaxing and enjoying Florida’s stunning sunsets.

Second Floor Comforts:
Upstairs, find three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master suite overlooks the pool and includes an ensuite full bathroom with dual sinks, a standalone tub, a walk-in closet, and a custom-tiled shower. The secondary guest bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom with custom tile and quartz finishes. The additional guest bedroom and bonus bunk room share a hallway bathroom, offering convenience for multiple guests.

Parking:

Guests will have access to a garage for 1 car only. An additional car or two may be parked in the driveway.

A must-visit spot is Thomas Donut and Snack Shop, a local institution since 1971. Known for its delicious donuts and casual fare, it's a favorite among both tourists and locals. Just a short drive away is Pier Park, a vibrant shopping and entertainment complex blending over 120 retail stores with amusement attractions, including a roller coaster and an IMAX theater. Other details to note:

Trash days for this unit are Tuesday and Friday mornings. Please take the trash out to the road the night before pickup. Return the trash bin afterwards, as trash cans must remain in the garage when it isn’t a trash collection day. The HOA fines $100 for bins left out. This fine will be passed on to renters if the fine is given during their dates of stay.

The pool alarm is a legally required item on this property. Do not impede its function in any capacity. If the pool alarm is disabled or dismantled, there will be a $25 fee charged to the guest upon departure to fix the alarm.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
