Lots to love about this place. Adequately stocked kitchen. Plenty of space for the whole crew to eat. Close enough to the beach (but not vision from property). There’s beach equipment for you to use such as a couple chairs, sand toys, etc. The pool is a nice bonus - it tends to get lots of leaves in it even with the pool being cleaned. One thing we loved was the outdoor shower! Super nice after the beach. I will say that the listing photos make the property seem really roomy - but I think having 10 stay there would be pretty tight. We had 8 and it was near capacity. The twin bed listed in an upstairs bedroom is actually just a trundle bed under the bunk. The outdoor space is nice but not very comfortable - we used it less than expected. The communication with the Oversee staff was very easy and they responded quickly to problems. We appreciated their speedy response!

Everything was great! The location was amazing and access to the bikes was a really great addition. The house was well appointed and there was plenty of room for our group. We went in December and the pool was heated and we were able to enjoy it. The beach access was even closer than I expected. If I could offer one critique it would be that the house could benefit from some updated cookware but what was there was sufficient and got the job done.

Great Location

The house was comfortable for 5 adults. The short walk to the private beach was very convenient. The backyard and inground pool was a big hit too.

Great house

We really enjoyed our stay at Clareon By The Coast. It's really close to the beach and the kids especially enjoyed the porch swing and pool.

Had a great week getaway with family! House is in great location and enjoyed heated pool. Any minor issues we had were quickly addressed. We will be back!

Best house we’ve stayed at yet!

We’ve been trying various houses in the area with the perfect combination of close access to the beach, plenty of space, and a private pool. This home was the most comfortable we’ve stayed in, the closest beach access, and had room enough for our whole family. Would recommend!!

Great house!!

We loved this hous so much, great proximity to the beach and so easy to get to everything but be away from it all. Was clean, well cared for and stoked with kitchen items etc.

Great find close to the beach with a pool

Clareon by the Coast has a near perfect combination of proximity to the beach (5 min walk, easy with small children), having its own pool, and good space for a family of 5. The unit has a great living room off the kitchen which is a nice hang out spot and it has plenty of porch space. Love that it is along an area of the beach that’s never crowded.

Summer Vacation

The property was excellent for our family of 7. Very nice private beach with no overcrowding. The bikes are great for the area as well. We will be returning in the future.

Spring Time in Seacrest

Enjoyed our stay at Clareon by the Coast (Seacrest Beach). Lovely home with plenty of room for family of four (and some friends of our kids). Short walk to the beach and the three (3) beach cruisers were a great addition. Main living area was perfect for family get-togethers and meals, as the kitchen was well stocked.

Wonderful, Book Today

Love the house, pool, and being close to the beach. The only bad thing is I could not get the tv's to work properly. I still highly recommend this house and plan on staying again.

Wonderful stay!

Great location, great fun!

Had a great time! Location was great and everything we needed was on the property. They had chairs, beach toys, pool floats, and bikes. Easy access to the beach, only downfall was having to carry everything up and down the beach access stairs. Other than that we would totally rent this location again. It was nice having everything at our finger tips especially the pool!

March 2022 Stay

Great location! The house was very beautiful and provided us with everything we needed. We had a 3 minute walk to the beach. The location is near many food options. The staff at Oversee Rentals exceeded our expectations. Oversee was very responsive to our questions. The heated pool was a bonus. We are already planning a return visit.

Great Location and Home

We loved the layout and comfort of the home. The pool was great! The porches allowed for nice places to relax. The home had starter supplies of many necessities- thank you! Property manager was very responsive and helpful. 5 min walk to beach access and we enjoyed riding the bikes too. New Publix grocery store is a 5-10 min drive and very convenient. Great vacation! Thanks so much.
