This beautiful 3-bedroom home in Colorado City is perfect for your escape. Located in a quaint town on the backside of Zions. UTV riding right outside the front door, multiple beautiful hikes within minutes, 30 minutes from Sand Hollow Reservoir and 45 minutes from Zions National Park.
Featuring a luxurious king bed and Smart TV in each of the 3 bedrooms, as well as a twin pullout available in each room.
One bathroom offers a shower bathtub combo and one bathroom offers a large shower with a rain shower-head.
A fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need for your stay.
Includes a covered back patio with outdoor kitchen (sink, trash, griddle, grill and drink fridge), seating, hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge. There is also a large turf area in back for your use for outdoor games or gatherings.

As a family we have made so many memories in this beautiful town, from water hiking the water canyon, and playing with polywogs in the stream at the trail head to utv riding and grabbing ice cream at the local dairy. The beauty of these mountains are unparalleled and the night sky is stunning away from the city lights.
