Amazing New Year Stay at a Luxury Home

Our family recently stayed at the Infinity Edge Pool Newer Luxury Home on Virgin River to celebrate the New Year, and it was a fantastic experience. The property was spotlessly clean, and its modern decor created a warm and welcoming atmosphere.The location was ideal—just a short walk to the main town center and the nearby National Park. The breathtaking views added to the charm, making this truly a luxury home.The host was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and provided clear check-in instructions, making the entire process seamless. The well-equipped kitchen made it convenient to prepare meals, which was a big plus for our family.I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious, and well-located getaway.

Family Thanksgiving

This property was perfect for our family of 7. We enjoyed the pool, the jacuzzi, and view of the mountains and river is beautiful. Great location, short walk to stores and restaurants. Tori was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Excellent home for Zion visit with friend

This home was perfect for our group of 4 couples. We enjoyed how conveniently it was located near a shuttle stop and walking distance to restaurants. The views of Zion from the windows of the home were awesome. The pool and hot tub were nice amenities. Just wish we could have enjoyed more of the outdoor space. We will need to come back in the summer months. Highly recommend!

Best Lodging near Zion Natl Park

The house was so convenient for a trip to Zion. Located right at Springdale shuttle stop 7. Jacuzzi was very clean and much appreciated after a day of hiking. Master bedroom with en suite, king bed on first floor. All other bedrooms down stairs, one with en-suite bathroom, other bedrooms share a hall bathroom. Probably the best stocked house I’ve ever rented. Fully stocked kitchen and everything you could need in the bathrooms- even robes! The owner was so kind and made us feel very welcome! Thank you!

Don't know if this is the sort of thing an owner brags of, but, when one of our party came down with Covid (seems to happen more when people travel), there was plenty of room for that person to isolate.

We've been coming to stay at Tori's beautiful home in Springdale since 2015 and will keep coming back as long as she is willing! The perfect location, so peaceful and serene. This home has everything and Tori is the best host ever.

Just book it!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Tori's property. The pictures, while gorgeous, don't even do the property justice! It's stunningly beautiful, luxurious, SO private, and immaculately kept. The myriad of different outdoor spaces are all lovely. It was the perfect haven to return to after a long day of hiking in the Park. My husband and I stayed there with our five kids (ages 11-17), and there was MORE than enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably. I also cannot stress enough how perfect the location is. Being able to walk out the door and hop on the shuttle to the park is a game changer. Being able to come and go from Zion without having to deal with parking makes a world of difference and gives you so much more flexibility. We also love being walking distance from town - we walked to dinner a few nights, and we finished every night with a walk to the local ice cream shop. Super fun. Overall, 10/10 for this place. If we return to Zion again, we will 100% be staying here!

Perfect Zion Family Retreat!

Staying at this property was amazing from the moment we arrived. The property owner Tori met us upon arrival and gave us the grand tour and the “how to’s” for all the property’s amenities. Furthermore, Tori was available by text to promptly answer any questions we had throughout our stay. We stayed in this beautiful Zion home for a week in July. The home was perfect for our family of 6. (5 adults and 1 three yr old). The house was very well equipped with plenty of linens, shower amenities, and plenty of pantry items. The rooms were comfortable; master bedroom on the main floor and 3 bedrooms 2 baths downstairs. The media room was a favorite of our 3 yr old. She loved playing in there and watching movies.

Amazing Zion Getaway!

We had the most amazing time during our stay. The house has an exquisite view of Zion along with a stream on its backyard, and It has all the amenities you need, including a pool, hot tub, swings, and a cabana. Tori is also the best host ever, she greeted us upon arrival, easily contacted for any questions or directions, and she even went out of her way to provide water for us to make our stay more enjoyable. Definitely will be back next time we’re visiting Zion again!

Family Vacation Five Families

We rented both houses for four nights to bring our four kids,their spouses and all our grandkids together. Everyone had an amazing time. The location is perfect. So much variety of things to do to enjoy Zion and time together. We are from northern Illinois, and I wanted all the family to experience southern Utah. Original thoughts from everyone was a cruise or beach, but Utah did not disappoint, nor did the VRBO we rented. The host was super helpful to explain things to do with limited time. Plenty of room to have meals together. Plenty of bedrooms and beds for all. The pool was beautiful and well used. The views are spectacular.

Great property and location. Plenty of room, great kitchen with everything you need. Pool was super nice. Right on the edge of town in walking distance to everything shop and restaurant. Property manager very responsive.

Wonderful home super close to Zion NP

The house was beautiful. Plenty of room for our family of five. Beautiful views of the mountains and also of the Virgin river right out back. Everything in the house worked great. Tori was a fantastic host and communicated with us throughout our stay. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Wish we were still there!

Family trip to Zion

Absolutely fantastic location and property! It fit our family of 5 perfectly, with each of the kids having their own bedroom. Even though it was early for the warmer temperatures, the owner was willing to make sure the pool was heated for us. Check in / check out communication was well done and easy. The location is right next to the most social part of Springdale for restaurants, stores, etc. and just down the road from the entrance to Zion. We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation Zion National Park

We had a great time in Springdale, Utah. The house was in a perfect location for access to Zion Park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location and the views were amazing! We also used the shuttle system in town and this was very convenient. Highly recommend this rental if you want to be near town, Zion Park, and beautiful views
