Tori is an excellent host, provided the best advice about getting around Zion, hiking the Narrows, and the area. The pool was a lifesaver from the heat. The views from the property phenomenal. The house is so beautiful, so comfortable, and a perfect location. I highly recommend for any travelers wanting a truly authentic experience visiting Zion.

This is a beautiful home in the perfect location and access to Zion. There was an issue with AC that happened just prior to our arrival, so we had wet carpet in one room and couldn’t really get the upstairs cooled off. Thus, we had more use of the pool and otherwise thoroughly appreciated the proximity to everything.

The property and surrounding views were amazing! The bus stop(#7) was a few minutes walk from the house making it optimal for getting to the park or downtown for shopping or dinner. The pool/hot tub and theatre room made relaxing after a long day of hiking easy and inviting. Our host Tori could not have been more gracious and accommodating. Our family of five would highly recommend this property!

The house was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed and then some. Great location with easy accessibility to the Springdale line and some walking trails. Our kids loved the pool and electronic game table. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub after long days of hiking. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we are heading to Zion.

This house is extremely comfortable, well-appointed, and conveniently situated in Springdale. Views from the property are amazing. We used e-bikes to navigate Zion from the property which worked very well for us. My family loved using the pool and hot tub. The property owner was very helpful and communication was top notch.

Incredible Stay for a Family Zion Trip!We had an absolute five-star stay at this incredible home in Springdale! The house was perfect for my family of six (my wife, four kids, and myself), offering plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.The property itself is spectacular—the beautiful pool was a massive hit, and the views of the Virgin River were simply incredible. The hosts provided games and genuinely thought of everything you could possibly need for a flawless stay.Logistically, the location couldn't be better. It’s right near a local gas station that was an easy walk for quick supplies, and it sits right on the shuttle bus line, making trips down to the Zion National Park entrance completely effortless. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax after long days of hiking, biking, and exploring the park. We would absolutely stay here again!

We Loved the property. Definitely a Luxury Home. I especially loved the Virgin River running through our backyard. We tubed. Also the many Glass Walls and big windows made me feel like I was outside all the time. Saw a big old deer who hangs out close by. Home is fully equipped with everything you would expect and more. Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The river was so peaceful, our kids loved the stars, and the views all around were beautiful. It was a great location. The kids loved the pool as well as the swings. We had everything we needed and our host was great to communicate with. Our only bummer was the construction going on next door but thankfully we got some quiet hours in the evening and weekend.

Amazing house within minutes to the entrance to the national park. Clean, well-stocked with basic amenities and appliances. Tori was very responsive to messages and provided great recommendations for local dining and activities. I hope we have the opportunity to stay here again soon!

The house worked very well for our 3 generation family gathering. There was plenty of space for all of us to gather, as well as spaces for small group time. The views from inside the house as well as outside the house were gorgeous. We enjoyed dinner every night outside at the patio table right next to the Virgin River, with great views of the park. The house was well furnished, and was just a few steps to the shuttle stop into the park. We made good use of the infinity pool, as it was a warm week. A big bonus for us were the bicycles in the garage. They were better than we were expecting and allowed us to do some riding in the park. It was a wonderful, memorable week for our family.

The views, the sound of the river, all the different seating areas outside were unbelievable. Tori heated the pool for my kids, which was a happy surprise! Rooms were just what you needed for a good night sleep. Master had an amazing porch to have coffee in the morning listening to the river. Shuttle stop #7 on Springdale line into Zion was a 2 minute walk! So very easy to get into Zion for all your exploring and the perfect place to come home to and relax after a long day in the park. Kitchen had everything you need. Easy getting to restaurants in town as well. I would go back to Tori's place in a heartbeat!

This house is absolutely spectacular, it is in the best location, Tori the host was so kind and helpful with whatever we needed. You are right down the street from park entrance. Everything about the house is just perfect. You need to book your trip as soon as possible and stay here.

We absolutely loved this beautiful vacation home in Springdale! The location on the Virgin River was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the gorgeous natural beauty all around. My sisters and I especially loved the swings over the River that took us right back to our childhoods. Thank you for all of your attention to details which helped make this home the perfect stay for us!

Our stay was absolutely exceptional. The views were breathtaking, and Tori, our wonderful hostess, went above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable. She provided fantastic recommendations for scenic hikes, great local restaurants, and even a top-notch massage experience. Her attentiveness and quick communication made everything effortless, and the thoughtful touch of fresh coffee beans for our mornings was perfect. A 10/10 stay in every way — highly recommend!
