This place was wonderful. Fully stocked, nice decor and the views from the patio were spectacular. Michael was very responsive to any questions. The place is perfect for larger groups. The game room downstairs was a nice touch.

Family get away

We came for a short weekend stay with the family! We had the best time. The house was perfect for a large group of adults and kids.

This home exceeded our expectations in many ways. Check-in was easy and we felt at home as soon as we entered the naturally lit, clean and updated house. Each bedroom is roomy and the whole house is tastefully decorated. The beds are comfy and it was nice that the family could all be together yet have our own space. Michael was a joy to work with. He answered questions right away. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio - the views are amazing! It was a very enjoyable family trip!

We had a group of 7 and the house was perfect. Everyone had their own space and lots of areas to hang out together. Big,beautiful patio to enjoy the awesome weather and scenic views. We had an awesome time downstairs in the game room playing ping pong. We had a hard time finding a place to accommodate our group and this was perfect with king beds in 5 of the 6 bedrooms. The host was attentive and “checking in” was very easy. We would love to stay here again! Thank you!

Our family of eight, spanning multiple generations, had a wonderful stay at this home. It was the perfect layout for our group, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still having great areas to gather together. The views were absolutely beautiful and made every morning and evening even more enjoyable.The home was also stocked with excellent recreational amenities that kept everyone entertained, from the kids to the grandparents. There was truly something for everyone, and we never ran out of things to do.The host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, making the entire experience smooth from booking through checkout. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our family vacation and would gladly stay here again. We highly recommend this property for anyone traveling with a large or multi-generational group!

Great property'

My family and I enjoyed this location for the weekend the views are great the property itself is Amazingly Beautiful. We had a great time, Michael was great to deal with and even allowed us to check in early MUCH APPRECIATED. My kids are already asking when we can come. Definitely a 10/10.

Totally met our needs

The house was clean and spacious. Everyone in the family was able to have their own bedroom and the pinball and video games were a hit as well. We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen seemed well equipped.

1st Birthday Party

Cottonwood was a pleasant surprise. I thought we were going to be closer to Sedona, but Cottonwood turned out to be perfect! It was easy to get to Jerome, Montezuma's Castle, and Sedona, and the Old Town was great. The house was awesome. 6 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths fit us perfectly. Thanks for the stay!!

Terrific house!

Michael was super responsive and helpful. The house is exactly as pictured. Some of the neighbors homes aren’t the nicest to look at but that’s not Michaels fault and it looks like there’s some improvements coming to the neighborhood. Close to Cottonwood and Sedona. Beautiful mountain views. Stocked kitchen and bathrooms- lots of silverware, plates, cups and towels. Comfortable beds and couches. The kids loved the hot tub, ping pong table and games! We had a big group- ages 5 to 75 and everyone loved the home!
