Perfect location, centrally located between Sedona, Jerome and several attractions in the area. Home is set up just right for large families! Communication was awesome and they responded right away. Excellent place to stay, we will definitely use them again!

The property is so close to things in Sedona!! But who knew what a great little town Cottonwood is!! So many little restaurants and events going on! This property was very well managed and had plenty of items needed for our stay! Loved it! Highly recommend it!!
Lots of hikes to choose from and so close!!
Beautiful scenery everywhere you look!!

We had a great stay! Clean home and well stocked. Worked great for our get together - plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Lots of off street parking. The hot tub was nice. Convenient that they had a washer and dryer. Nice quiet neighborhood, but close to town. We would highly recommend!

What an exceptional home for me to host some of my close friends while we were traveling through the area for a race. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. The home had all that we needed and plenty of space for our group to feel more the comfortable inside and out. The location was conveniently located to many of the areas we were visiting and the town of Cottonwood is wonderful and filled with charm and character. I will definitely come back if I need this space again. Thank you for accommodating us before such a big event!

Beautiful property

The property was so perfect for our family get-together. There was so much room to spread out but had beautiful cozy common areas. The property manager is delightful and very responsive. Location to local activities is perfect.

Great Family Home

This house worked out wonderfully for our large family. It is in a great location, has lots of space, it was very clean and made us feel comfortable. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. Very happy with our stay!

Excellent Retreat Option

We used this home for a short retreat which worked out perfectly! There are rooms and bathrooms for everyone, the neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and nearby amenities abound. The host was extremely friendly and communicative. Thanks for a great stay!

House had a fully equipped kitchen, even has spices and coffee. beautiful house and view, better than pictures. The host, Eric, was very courteous and responds to you in minutes. Clean hot tub. Over all couldn't have asked for a better place. Close to so many things to do.

Clean, Spacious Home!

The home was perfect for our family wedding party. Everything was as advertised- very clean & everything worked beautifully. Our host Eric was always making sure we were taken care of. We are going to be staying here again!

The location was fantastic, the space was excellent! It was perfect for our family. Our daughter was getting married at Alcantera winery. We did have several issues. The house needs some love for sure. All the area rugs are dirty, the carpet going down stairs are dirty, there was no mirror in the downstairs master bedroom. The house had no first aid kit. The kitchen counters are either damaged or stained unsure. As a short term rental myself it took hours for the host to respond to messages. We left foil and baggies at the house although not required they do make life much easier as a guest.

The perfect house!

This house was everything we asked for! Backyard, plenty of rooms and bathroom, bonus room space, stocked kitchen, and great location. We had a large group of adults and small children and they loved it! There are stairs if you have crawlers, but there is a extra fenced in yard right outside the front door to play too. The host had great communication and we couldn’t stop talking about how we would definitely be returning!

Beautiful clean home with great floor plans on both floors and very spacious for large groups. Sleeping arrangements are comfortable and more spacious than other VRBO’s in Cottonwood. Wish we could have had time to enjoy the hot tub. Backyard is big enough for badminton or volleyball games. Kitchen and dining room were perfect for us to hang out. Small things matter-like hooks in the showers, extra towels, portable fan, shampoo, cooking spices, dish soap, and food storage bags provided. Lots of storage space! Host was attentive with communication and our needs. I left my laptop behind and he was very understanding and helpful in getting it back to me. Location is a short drive from the popular tourist sights.

House was perfect for a large group of 10 plus. Plenty of beds nice big area down stairs for entertaining, The kitchen was spacious plenty of room upstairs as well and lots of parking we were very pleased and everyone one in our group enjoyed it !

Great house. Just a short 30 min drive to Sedona, about 1.5 hours to Grand Canyon. Very comfortable house with large outdoor seating area. Perfect for our large family of 9!

Sedona is a short 20 min beautiful drive and has so much outdoor adventure to offer with some of the most iconic scenery in the world!

Our home is so special to us as it is large enough to host multiple families, and gives us an opportunity to spend time with family and friends in one of the most beautiful areas in the country. The home is so bright and full of life inside and out. The two master suites, two large living rooms, hot tub, fire pit, big yard and balcony, and basketball court make the home a great place to hang out and relax.
